We went there for personal trip and had good relaxation at the hotel. We were concern the pool scale but there are many pool types and some is enjoyable for adults. Our stay was nothing short of FANTASTIC! Masako gave the BEST customer service and worked with us daily for any requests, reservations, questions, etc. She was the major reason our vacation was such a success! I highly recommend this resort! We like to stay at the resort vice exploring/driving and there was so much to do!! We stayed three nights right in the thick of rainy season and it still didn’t disappoint! So many indoor activities for our toddler and when the sun popped out each day, we were able to do some outdoor activities (they offer SO MANY) :) We would come back again and again. Our dinners were very good and a great breakfast buffet each morning was included in our rate. My advice is to stay in the south tower—very quiet, stunning view of the ocean, and many amenities included :)

A rather old hotel which desperately needs remodeling. The bed covers were old and stained, totally disgusting! We had to ask the housekeeping to change into different bedding sheets twice! The bathrooms are also out of date with poor quality washing basins. The furniture in the room were old, damaged and carpet badly stained.

Service standard - 8.5/10: The front office staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their faces. However, there might be room for improvement in the breakfast service, as it seems they may be understaffed. Enhancing the service level or hiring more staff would be beneficial. Room - 10/10: The rooms are spacious and appear to be new. It seems that all the rooms offer a fantastic sea view. Parking - 10/10: The parking area is available for a reasonable fee of 1000 yen per day. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk away from the hotel and has ample parking spaces. Additionally, the hotel provides frequent transport service between the hotel and the parking area. Environment - 10/10: The surroundings are well-maintained, and the facilities are clean and in good condition. Kid-friendly - 10/10: The hotel is exceptionally child-friendly. Upon check-in, the front office staff provided my son with a kid pack, and the facilities are thoughtfully designed to cater to children's needs. I went to a rattling time. It's a camper type room, and I feel like I want to drive as it is. I was surprised that there is a bathroom and toilet. It is a specification for four people to sleep. The bed was exciting in the loft style on the second floor. There was no stove, but there was a sink where water could be produced and there was a pot. Private cars can be parked next door. It was a facility with a wide 々 and there was a coin laundry near the reception. I searched for a shop nearby and ate it. It was small but cozy and I had a very interesting experience.

Although some parts of the exterior and elevators were old, the interior had been properly rebranded, and the design was such that you could feel the ocean and nature of Okinawa. This time, I misunderstood the check-in time and arrived early, but the staff was happy to help me out. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. Since the hotel is located a little far from Nago city, I ate at the hotel buffet for dinner, which had a wide variety of food and was of course very satisfying. There was also an Okinawan folk song performance, which both locals and tourists can enjoy. If I had to point out one thing that bothered me, it would be that the parking lot is not fully maintained. In addition to the gravel road, the dividing lines are hard to see, so you need to be careful when parking. However, overall it was a great hotel, so I would definitely stay there again if I have the opportunity.

Despite booking for two single beds and an extra bed for my daughter, we were only provided with two single beds. This inconvenience led me to deduct one star from my rating. Overall, the Okinawa Best Western offers a pleasant beachside retreat with friendly staff and tasty breakfast options. Just double-check your room arrangements to avoid any surprises.
