今回が初めての宿泊でした。 おもてなしはとても素晴らしく、お部屋のプライベートプールも国内最大級と言われてるだけに ゆったりのんびり過ごすことができました。 今回は、梅雨時期ということもあり羽アリが大量発生、、、 夕食へ向かうまでの道のりも羽アリだらけで、夕食後客室へ戻るとプライベートプールには羽アリの死骸がたくさん浮いていてびっくりしました。 寝室のベッドや枕、掛け布団には、ウジ虫のような虫がついており、季節柄と土地柄仕方ないことだとは思いますが値段が値段なだけに残念でした。 絶対また行きたい！という訳ではありませんが次に伺う時は冬にしようと思います。

初めての宿泊でした。 お盆に宿泊しました。 スタッフの対応はみなさん丁寧でよかったと思います。 夕食はフレンチで美味しいと感じましたが、 ちょっと期待していたせいか、もうちょっと テンションが上がったらよかったと感じました。 朝食はちょっとイマイチ。 残念だったのは部屋の真下のスペースに なんかリネンかなんかのストックするスペースがあるみたいで毎日ホテル のサービスの車がとまる時があり期待していたプライバシーがなかったし、プールから見た時もスタッフは挨拶もせずにそのまま。ちょっと煩わしかったです。 サービス動線が目の前というのはありえないと思います。 プライベートプールの水質はいい感じですが、 一部タイルの部分にサビがあったりとか 壁の吹き付け部分が剥がれていたりとかあり テンション下がりました。 お手入れがいる時期にきていると思います。 お風呂も最高水位の指示があったりとテンション下がりました。 期待が高すぎたせいか、気分がちょっと落ち込んだ感じになりました。 冷蔵庫はフリーとテンション上がりましたが、 100パーセントのジュースなんか有ればテンション上がったかも。 ルームサービスも夜はおつまみ程度で残念でした。 まぁ、夕食付きでの価格なので 人によっては安いと思うかもしれませんが 全然テンションがあがらなかったので どうなんだろうという感じです。 ただ、スタッフの方はみなさん丁寧な対応でしたので、腹が立つこともなくゆっくり過ごせました。 お食事が全般的に改善されるといいかなあと思います。

コロナ禍にあり、あまり他人と接触せずに過ごせる事。送迎をして貰える事が決め手で宿泊を決めました。前泊していましたので、お願いしたらおもろまち駅でレクサスにピックアップして頂けました。寒い時でしたのでプールは無理でしたが、一面に海を見渡せる部屋。冷蔵庫の飲み物、ラウンジ、お酒もたっぷり。夕食の鉄板焼と部屋でセットして貰った朝食。食事は、イマイチ何かが足りない感がありましたが、帰りにおむすびのお弁当も用意していただき、心遣いが伝わってきました。スタッフの皆さんも気軽に声をかけてくれ、とてもフレンドリー。 このホテルは、一人じゃ勿体無い。どなたかとお忍びで行くにはピッタリ！の場所ですよ(笑)
