Stayed for 1 night at the hotel and everything was perfect. Feeling welcomed at the door with the staff greeting us and checking with our booking, followed by a welcome matcha and mochi then the check-in procedures. Since we booked the plan with dinner and breakfast, we got the time to enjoy the public bath area before heading to the restaurant for a scrumptious dinner, with sunset as the backdrop.
Breakfast on the next day is also a pleasant surprise with the Japanese set breakfast and free flow on pancakes that you can make on your own at the pancake machine, which is a satisfying if you crave for a taste of Western style breakfast. I would love to stay in this hotel again when revisiting Okinawa next time!

Absolutely stunning and private Japanese style hotel.
Clean, friendly staff, ocean front views from every window, private onsen, public onsen, great food.
Sea breeze, birds chirping, I actually felt sad leaving.
No hesitation to recommend to any traveler looking for a tranquil Japanese experience.

Wonderful service, very friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing, views great, onsen next to the room was divine - the only downside were some worms that came crawling into the room (we were on the ground floor)

Neither trip.com nor the hotel informed us beforehand that there would not be cleaning included for the duration of our stay. We had to put our used towels, bathrobes and rubbish bins outside the room for them to change. It would have cost JPY 5000 for each cleaning. Should this be labelled an airbnb instead?
Also, trip.com did not indicate that additional charges had to be paid again for a child until after booking (the selected room for 3 was already more expensive than the room for 2).
Requests to trip.com customer service staff were abysmal and could not address the enquiry.
Service was decent and most were friendly to the child. Breakfast was also decent although it was 2x japanese and 1x western (no choice).
The view from the restaurant was amazing! Blue seas and floor to ceiling glass windows.
Onsen and sauna were also serviceable.
Good proximity to onna beach and aquarium compared to naha.
Good overall except for the hidden charges (and no cleaning!) which spoilt the overall experience. Not sure if we would stay again, and we definitely won't be using trip.com in future.

It’s very rare that a hotel offers a room that accommodates three people, and the provision of this hotel was absolutely generous. The view and the breakfast were beyond impressive as well. Highly recommended!

Room was spacious and had an amazing seaside view. Amenities were clean, well maintained and relatively modern. Staff was very attentive, helpful and courteous at all times!
Breakfast had a lot of Japanese elements like rice, natto, seaweed, and fish. It might be a bit of a shock if you're not used or comfortable with different textures and savoury foods for breakfast.
