Central hotel … very clean .. breakfast at the top .. very caring staff .. very helpful staff

Friendly and pleasant staff despite our super late arrival. Great room decoration for our wedding. Only downside breakfast not enough variety and we wanted to use the bathtub but the water was brown. Afterwards, it's not the fault of the staff, but they should have checked. Clean room and comfortable bed.

The breakfast was very poor. The double bed was also very small. Not worth the price. The surrounding of the hotel is also very bad!

A chaimaa , Hichan & Youghanta service was excellent. Overall service is good here. All people are very polite and helpful.. I like the hotel. It’s good location and price of hotel. Overall cleaning is good. All people are communicating also good.

The rooms were just what we needed - clean, comfortable, and with a touch of elegance. We especially appreciated the calm,It made relaxing after a day of exploring the city a real pleasure. The hotel it self is close to Downtown The staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly , always ready to make sure we had a great stay. Thanks to Jalil in the front office. The only negative point was the water which was yellowish in color. I would definitely recommend the Colombe Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to stay in Oran.

it has to be the best hotel I've ever stayed in, everything about it screams comfort and I'm living for it, from how welcoming the workers are and how comfortable the rooms are, to how tasty the food is, it made me feel at ease, it felt like home the moment I set foot in this hotel. The rooms are beautifully designed : they are spacious, clean and organized, have a good air conditioner which is perfect for summer vacations, the furniture is very practical and easy to use, the beds are very comfortable and the pillows are fluffy, the blankets are so light yet warm which made me fall asleep in seconds, the lights are of good quality and not the ones to hurt one's eyes, its windows allow a good amount of daylight and they're equiped with high quality curtains, the bathroom is neat, basically has everything one needs and it even has a ventilation system to keep it aired after using it. I would also like to thank the workers at the reception,I could only recall Fouzia who considered us family (we did and still do as well) which was very comforting, the team was also kind enough to give us dinner for free when we came back late at night from a deception of another hotel we thought was better than this one, I am now convinced that there's no hotel that could top this one. The janitors also do an outstanding job at keeping the rooms clean as a whistle, clothes as well (laundry system). the internet is excellent too and there are many plugs around the room, when it comes to food, there's a buffet every morning and as someone who doesn't eat much in the morning, I found myself happily eating everything they offered, and it's totally worth it. my only issue with this hotel is that I got too used to staying in it that I no longer want to leave it. 😭😭💟 at the end, I'd like to mention that staying here was the gift my family gave to me after I got a remarkably good grade at the baccalaureate exam and let me tell you this, this, was literally the best gift I could ever receive. if I could give 10 stars I would because this hotel deserves it, as it truly lives up to its name 👌✨⭐

Traveled in Oran for the Mediterranean Games. Very good value for money hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms, decent in size. Excellent beds and pillows. Special thanks to Mohammed and the rest of the staff. All were very friendly and helpful. There s limited parking in front of the hotel. The not-so-good stuff: Location is not ideal. It is situated off a main avenue, neighbourhood is very old and filthy, although we never felt unsafe. Decent water pressure in the showers, but you have to let the water run for at least 2-3 minutes as the first water is brownish. Also the breakfast is very basic. Overall the hotel was a very nice experience and I have to say a big thank you to the staff that made our stay as pleasant as it could get.

Hotel très propre en plus d'être bien situé. Personnel très accueillant, en particulier oussama. Restauration pas mal. Petit déjeuner varié.

Molto curata la pulizia delle camere, personale gentile e attento alle necessità del cliente. Soggiorno soddisfacente. Posizione dell'albergo nascosta in una piccola via ma facile da raggiungere. Il ristorante buono ma con poca scelta.

Vraiment très surpris par la qualité et le service offert par cet hôtel. Depuis ma réservation par Jugurtha jusqu'au chek in par Oussama, tous le monde étaient à l'écoute afin de nous offrir un confort maximal. Bravo
