Rooms were clean property was also clean and quiet. Rooms a bit small for price but service and property and cleanliness and perfect walking distance make up for that. Only complaint is the noise coming from the Anaheim Garden walk, found it hard to fall asleep one night due to the revving engines car alarms and partying from the parking garage. Not in your control but definitely caused me to lose a good nights sleep, plus the loss of an hour due to spring forward time change. The rest was enjoyable.

My family and I stayed here last week. From the map, it looks like it’s an easy walk to Disneyland. Not. You better have a car an plan for Disney parking, or us Uber/Lyft. They advertise a shuttle to the park, but when we inquired, we were told it was stopped during COVID and not very reliable when it did run. Plus, in the past, the last run was at 8 PM. Disneyland is open until midnight. The free breakfast is available at 7 am. We left the hotel at 6:30, as any Disney “expert” knows, gets you to the front of the lines when the park opens. So, no free breakfast for us. On our checkout day we went down to pick up our breakfast in a bag. Ugh! Sunny Delight rather than orange juice, Hostess muffins, salty potato & bacon chips, and a chocolate peanut butter bar. Although bedding and towels were clean, the room smelled VERY musty, the soap was SO thin, you need a bar a day for one person, if you use a washcloth. My son and his family’s room had ants. Whenever we had an opportunity to talk to the management, they were helpfu, so there’s that, but we are dedicated Disney people. We left every morning at 6:30 and got back to the hotel at 11 PM or later. It didn’t coordinate with their times, so it was difficult to schedule housekeeping and resolve complaints. Overall, pick someplace else.

We stayed at this hotel while my son was hospitalized at Hoag Hospital. The hotel was easily accessible from Hw 55. This is an older hotel, but the rooms were nice and clean. The price was extremely reasonable. The staff was amicable, particularly the breakfast staff, maids, and front desk. They have a nice pool and spa and an adequate gym. They also have an airport shuttle service and free parking. The property is safe; they gave security and surveillance cameras. It's close to restaurants. I recommend this hotel.

Staying in Orange County for a week and booked the Residence Inn Tustin because of relatively good experience with other residence inn before. The building looks very similar to the other residence inn and the lobby looks nicely done, clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful and managed to upgrade us into a two-bedroom unit due to my platinum status. However, the rest of the facility does need some refresh. The elevator is ok but since this is a pet-friendly hotel, throughout the week the elevator does get quite dirty and it does take a bit time for the staff to clean it up. The close buttons for one of the elevators don’t work as well so it also takes time for the doors to close. There are multiple issues with the room that we stayed in. The bedroom doors don’t close properly, and the sofa in the living feels as if it’s ready to fall apart. Cleanliness is also difficult to praise as we noticed stains on beds, ants in the shower, and leftover in the fridge. From a facility perspective I don’t expect great quality from the residence inn brand but this particular one seems to be on the worse end of the spectrum. However, the cleaning staff really needs to pay attention and clean the units well. We loved visiting the area and think we will be back again but we will unlikely return to this property simply because cleanliness is probably one of the worse ones that I’ve seen and experienced.

I have to say we were a bit disappointed in this Fairfield Inn property. They charge a $12 a day for parking in a non- secured open parking lot. They charge a $18+ a day tourism-leisure fee. Really? With these additional charges I'd expect a room where the drapes aren't ripped. They don't do daily room cleaning but are good about doing it if requested and bringing additional towels and coffee if needed. They might want to think about a trash run in the hallways every morning as many put their fast food trash piled outside of their room each night. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. With more than an hour left of their breakfast hours, they ran out of many items. And there's not a lot to choose from. Their staff does a good job keeping the tables clean after each use though. They have a good variety of snacks for purchase in the little market. All in all, I don't think I'd stay here again for the price they charged and we had a special rate.

Great hotel! Has vending machines, ice machine, a mini store, and free breakfast!!! Lots of near by super stores, restaurants, and shopping as well.

Spent a week there and had nothing but shoddy service. Had to ask 3 times to get the garbafencans emptied and not a single visit from housekeeping (despite requests) for additional towels. Bed was never made. The amenities said two free drinks... that means less than 1 oz of liquor in a 8noz glass... come on, at least try. Asked for 2 double shots and was charged $48... $12 and ounce for rum... disgusting prices and the bartender was a jerk when serving it. This place is a rip off. Dont eat or drink there. Enjoy the rooms and leave... you are charged extra to park in their multistory empty garage anyway so come and go often. These charges are unnecessary and stupid. Don better ES.

Overall, okay. You get what you pay for: a relatively clean but basic room. The AC was loud but functioned well. Wifi functioned but was slow/spotty when streaming. Bring your own conditioner because they only provide shampoo and soap.

Very good hotel, but the breakfast is too Western, the kids are not used to it, the kitchen is fully equipped, great
