In my opinion, it is the only, affordable and clean establishment where you can stay.. We went for holiday accommodation during the holidays. A very friendly team, especially Ms. Nihal, thank you very much, we loved her with our friends. Also the Turkish coffee she makes :) The concept, calmness and TERRACE of the hotel were admirable, the service was also excellent. We were more comfortable in the Gümüş hotel than the star hotel we stayed in the previous year. Love to those who contributed.. 🤩🌌

Arkadaşlarımla birlikte bayram tatili için Kapadokya’yı seçtik. Bu oteli ilk defa deneyimledim. Gerçekten personelleri ve sahibi Ali Bey’e çok teşekkürlerimi sunarım. Gerçekten çok ilgililerdi. ASLA tavsiye etmem! 7 saatlik yoldan gelmiştik, yorgunluğumuzu dile getirmemize rağmen ve para verecek olmamıza rağmen (!) resmen azarlandık. Çok kaba bir tavırla karşılaştık, bunun sebebi odayı önden görmek istememizdi. Bir çok otelde ödeme yapıp pişman olduk artık temkinliyiz ve ödeme yapacak olmamıza rağmen önce odayı görmek ve kazıklanmak istemiyoruz, bizimkide can ve para (kimse kolay kazanmıyor). Tesis bize ücretsiz rezervasyonu sunuyor sonrada önden ücret ödemediğimiz için kızıyor! Yorgun olduğumuz için ilk başta sustuk ama sonrasında da FATURA kestirmek istediğimiz için AZARLANDIK!! Ben fatura kesemem (işimiz gereği faturaya ihtiyacımız var ve her tesis bunu sunmaz ZORUNDA) geceni bu vaktinde beni uğraştırmayın, bu saatte (19:27) sizi benden başka zaten kimse oteline kabul etmez normalde diyerek bize rezervasyonumuzu iptal etmemizi söyledi !!!! Hem azarlandık hemde kovulduk. Rezervasyonu saati saatine en ince ayrıntısına kadar girdik tesis zorda kalmasın diye, ama bizi o yorgunlukla zorda bıraktılar. Not: gittiğimiz diğer otel tabiikide kabul etti 'o saatte' :))
