The hotel is very new and has breakfast, which is very friendly. There are service staff at the front desk with very good attitudes. You must stay in a room with dry and wet areas. Hotels with integrated areas are very inconvenient. I looked for many hotels and saw this one. The bathroom does not disturb you. The room is larger than that of an ordinary hotel. It is recommended for couples to stay.

Every morning when I left, I put up a cleaning sign, but it was never cleaned. It's a newly opened hotel, but the wallpaper on the wall is peeling off. There is a damp smell in the corridor. The reservation didn't mention that there is a charge for children under 15 years old, but it was 2,000 yen per day when I arrived. Very bad experience, I won't stay again. Overall it is clean and comfortable, the pillows are a bit softer, the space in the room is quite large for a Japanese hotel, and there is a bathtub for taking a bath. The breakfast is simple and OK. I will consider staying at this hotel again next time I go there. It is within walking distance to the heart. About 7 minutes from Saibashi
