I would definitely choose this hotel again. I appreciate that it’s only 1 JR train (Tsukamoto) ride from Osaka Station. The surroundings is very laidback yet all the conveniences are there. There’s a Sugi Drugstore in front of the station and affordable restos around.

Very conveniently located, less than 3 minutes walking to the JR Tsukamoto Station. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Room is clean and cosy. Many good restaurants and convenience stores around within walking distance.

The Hotel is in a good location even though it is always mandatory to take the train to get to most sights or even the city centre. But it is a lively neighbourhood with loads of traditional Japanese pubs. The Hotel itself is a bit older and I think the room and the equipment (e.g. the blanket cover) shows the age. But it was clean. Amenities and free coffee/tea is available 24/7 and staff was very friendly.

Feeling small old room, looking forward for a better renovation for this hotel, next to jr station, very local residenical area, for the price i booked, it is expensive.

Spacious room but have to be careful when you go to the toilet as there's step. Not very clean because I keep on coughing due to allergic towards dust. Friendly staff but not so polite, i dont think she is local Japanese.

I originally booked a smoking room as I couldn't book a non smoking one, but when I got there they asked if I would like to change to a non smoking and it was awesome. I really appreciated how kind and helpful the staff were. Not only this, but the rooms were big enough for you to fit comfortably without taking up too much room. The cleaning staff was also excellent and I appreciate the way they respected my stuff that was around the room. I would recommend staying here.

Hotel is well located just next to Tsukamoto station . Staff is friendly and room clean . Price value very good .
They also offer free amenities and free coffee .
