Four Seasons Hotel Osaka

The front desk staff remember my face and do housekeeping when I'm out. They do it in the morning and also when I go out in the evening.

The hotel is very Japanese-style and clean. The view is great. The layout is a bit compact and not very grand. But overall it is very good. Recommended.

The hotel and food were both good, but the room description didn't match the actual room. When I booked, it said there was a bathtub, but when I got there, there was no bathtub. However, the hotel also gave me a dining voucher, so the service was still very good! The swimming pool is beautiful~

The next morning at 10 o'clock, we knocked on the door and said in English to wait a minute. He didn't listen and swiped the door card to come in and asked if we would renew the room today.
