Change to a bit bigger 3-bed room with separate bathroom and toilet.
The high floor has a better street view.
Lobby has free coffee.
Downstairs has luggage storage.

Room is conveniently located in Shinsaibashi. Room is spacious enough for 2, including a large luggage and medium luggage. However it is a bit troublesome to get on and off the bed for the person sleeping inside as the bed is against the wall. Amenities are provided at the lobby and housekeeping is done daily upon request.

i come for Osaka Marathon, here is with Big room, lobby with coffee and hot water, simple fitness room, helpful staff with English speaking.
Only setback is 5min walk from station, but good price has reflected.

Stay in luxury room, very practical interior design, I especially like the wardrobe with door along the long corridor, small entrance space that is enough to keep 2 luggages. With this set up, the room remains uncluttered, allowing us enjoy delicious Japanese take away at anytime

Cleanliness was good and the bathroom was really spacious for Japanese hotels standard. Check-in and check-out processes were easy and quick. It was really close to shinsaibasi shopping street with a few convenieve stores nearby. It is about 6 minutes walk to the Shinsaibasi metro station and about 15 minutes walk to dotonbori which might be a bit far if you are travelling with kids or the elderly.

Hotel is located at Shinsaibashi and going anywhere is pretty convenient. There's family mart, ***** store, McDonald's, MOS burger just footsteps away. Hotel lobby has a coffee machine (free 24/7). Staff were also very helpful when helping to arrange luggage transfer.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, very value for money! Will not hesitate to stay here again if I visit Osaka again. Location super convenient; quick walk from Shinsaibashi station, right beside the Shinsaibashi shopping street, so there’s a ton of food and shopping options nearby. Easy check in; you have to collect all your amenities at the lobby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are fantastic; very clean, well-equipped and well-designed (love the toilet!). There’s also vending machines and coin laundry machines on several floors of the hotel.
