The location was good- about 5 mins away from the nearest subway exit. Convenient stores nearby as well. Located in a more residential area hence on the quieter side which we liked.
No elevator in the building and room was in the smaller side- which was to be expected in Japanese buildings, but to note if bringing large luggages. There might not be space to open up luggage within the room.
Room was clean and cosy. Check in staff was friendly and eased our check in process.
We enjoyed our stay here!

Good place to sleep after a day exploring osaka.
The beds are comfortable and relaxing.
The receptionist is helpful and friendly.
Would recommend to those who are looking for a place to sleep and not fuzzy about details. Price per night is cheap.
Not suitable for people with heavy lugagge or back pain as the property has no elevater. Unles you are booked at ground floor.

We didn’t want to leave from our first stay in Japan. The room was just what the needed: not that small, spotless, Japanese style with comfy mattresses on the floor, heating, wifi etc.
We did a self check-in in the evening and met the kind staff in the morning, when we asked to hold our luggages for a few hours. 5 min walking distance to the metro and 10 minutes to the Castle. Many choices for dining and also a laundry service nearby.

1) Location - 3.5/5 it’s close to Chuo Line which is great if you are planning to attend the Expo but really not so great for anywhere else.
2) Amenities & Cleanliness - 2.5/ 5 There’s a self service area for your regular amenities but during our stay there’s no one who came in to clear our rubbish bins (which is tiny). 3 nights there and not one collection & definitely no room cleaning services done at all.
3) it is a self service area so if you expect a hotel sort of services, pls don’t go there. If you check in after hour, be prepared to go online for registration etc. because there will be no one at the counter.
4) 2/5 Complaint: the pictures put out looked as is this is a full blowed hotel but it is not. And a non-cancellation booking had us stayed there for the duration. We will not be staying there again.

Inconvenient staircase. Very noisy in the room. But the main problem is the disgusting smell in the bathroom. Obviously, the ventilation is clogged and all the moisture remains in the bathroom (even though the fan is working). At the same time, it is clear that the hotel has been renovated, the room itself is very nice, clean and light, but it is unpleasant to be there because of the disgusting smell from the bathroom.

It's a short walk from the station.
It's an apartment-like building, so I couldn't find it at first. Check-in is unmanned and can be done using a tablet. There is no elevator to the room, only stairs. It may be inconvenient if you have large luggage. The stairs are also a little steep.
The room was raised and very clean.
Amenities include towels and toothbrushes.
There is no loungewear, so it's best to bring your own.
I arrived late at night, but there was a famous udon restaurant about a 5-minute walk from the hotel that was open until late at night. If I had arrived earlier, there were many other restaurants.
There was also a convenience store in the residential area, so it wasn't inconvenient.
The price was very reasonable, and I would like to use it again.
