After comparing several hotels for this trip to Japan, I ultimately chose The Westin, and overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay. The twin room I booked had spacious beds, and there are multiple shopping malls conveniently located near the hotel, making dining and shopping very accessible. Highly recommended!

After a long search, I finally settled on The Westin, an established hotel that was renovated last year. Location: It's a 6-7 minute walk from Osaka Station, which is both convenient and peaceful, tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Cleanliness: There's really nothing to complain about when it comes to cleanliness in Japanese hotels. Facilities: The room was spacious enough, which was my favorite part. However, despite the renovation, the showerhead, shower stall size, and sink still left something to be desired; you could definitely feel its age. Service: This is a classic five-star hotel. They even delivered an English newspaper to my door in the morning. The room was cleaned impeccably every day, meeting Westin's standards. However, the concierge staff at the entrance had inconsistent attitudes – I encountered some who were quite grumpy, and others who were incredibly enthusiastic.

The room was spacious and the hygiene was good. The hotel isn't very large but it's well-designed and chic. The shuttle bus service ends a bit early, but otherwise, everything else was pretty good. The hotel is a little bit of a walk from Osaka Station, but it's a pleasant stroll after dinner.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay this time; it's honestly one of the most comfortable hotels I've stayed in recently. The location is excellent: The hotel is in the city center with incredibly convenient transportation. It's just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, making it easy to get to all the major attractions and shopping areas. Even though it's in a bustling area, the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, so it was very quiet at night.

Although there were some hair issues in the first room, the hotel staff responded promptly. The overall environment and service were great. The room was exceptionally spacious, with plenty of room for luggage. While the facilities were a bit old, the service attitude was very good.

The hotel floor was very quiet, and the city lights outside the window at dusk were beautiful. The breakfast restaurant is next to a small garden on the first floor, and the garden is worth exploring. Breakfast and the front desk staff were very polite.

This hotel is incredibly convenient! There's a convenience store right across the street. Plus, the hotel provides a shuttle bus service to the Umeda shopping district. It's such a lifesaver to have a bus pick you up and take you back to the hotel when you're exhausted from all the walking and shopping. The rooms are also very spacious. And if you have any special pillow requests, you can arrange them in advance – super thoughtful!

A hotel that never disappoints. It truly lives up to its 5-star standards, with every detail considered – even the mineral water bottles are aluminum. The rooms are well-appointed and even include an air purifier. The night views of Osaka are absolutely stunning.

Hotel staff is very attentive to provide the best service to their guest. Will definitely book again next time I'm in Osaka. Only request is for the shuttle bus service to be extended to 8pm instead.
