Everything was great, the staff, the service, the room and the style of the room, the downside is it's a bit small and the nearest station is 8 minutes away, it might not seem much, but after a long day, it would seem long, especially with luggages. The one thing that surprises me most is the small games they had in the lobby, there's a pinball machine, and other small machines. There are free luggage lockers as well if you need to check out early, you can put your bags there.

I enjoyed my 2 days stay at Hanshin Annex Hotel! It’s located near Fukushima Station, an area with lots of food options and strong retro vibe 😍 Though I confused it with the Hanshin hotel but the staff was lovely and helpful enough to guide me the correct way. Overall great! Just wished it had a bathtub, but my bad I didn’t check it thoroughly.

Booked for visiting Universal Studio the next day. The hotel is located opposite of the Fukishima station which is 2 stations away from USJ. The hotel is clean and generous. Surrounded by Mcdonals, Family Marts, 7-11.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at.
-It's around 10 min walk from both Osaka and Fukushima station on the red loop line.
-There's a 7-11 out front.
-Wash&dry machines located on floor 4-9, 500¥ per 2 hrs of wash&dry. Really good value.
-Room is super clean and the amenities are amazing.
-There's a microwave in the laundry room.
-Our stay is smooth with no problem.
-You can leave your bags & luggages with the front desk any time.

Facilities: Very good, basically all are relatively new and convenient. I like the long table and the computer with network cable that can be used directly. The bath is also good, and I can take a bath every day. There is a washing machine downstairs. Some skin care products and long shirts are available on the first floor.
Hygiene: Very good
Environment: Very quiet. Have a good rest. There is no busy commercial area nearby. Quiet
Service: Check in and check out by self-service machine. The house is cleaned after three days, but the changed bath towels and the cleaned trash can are placed at the door every day. There is breakfast every day, with many varieties, and you can take it to the house to eat. Coffee is available until 10 am.
The address is very convenient. I booked here when I went to usj. Others were still on the subway, but I was already home. This time, I gained a lot from usj, which is also related to this place. By the way, I went to Nara again, and the car was closer. It was also close to Kansai Airport, which was also one hour.

I think this B&B is very good and suitable for family trips. The bedroom has a large bed and the sofa in the living room can be pulled out to form a sofa bed. The room is very spacious. The official pictures show the real appearance of the room without excessive beautification. It is very close to Noda Station on the Osaka Loop Line, and it only takes two stops to Umeda. It is a little far from Tamagawa Station on the Sennichimae Line, about a 10-minute walk. I will choose this B&B again when I come to Osaka next time.

一離開就開始想念民宿的床 民宿的被子 民宿的枕頭。睡覺超級舒服！！！！！！！！房間對兩個女孩子來説剛剛好👌🏻行李箱一個28一個22攤開放完全沒問題👍🏻下次行李箱小還會再次預訂，因為對於行李箱大的來説距離野田站這七八百米還是有點費勁´_＞`
