Because the two families have brought a total of 7 children, the hotel is more difficult to choose, so I chose this homestay, a total of 3 rooms, the third floor and the second floor can live in 2-4 people, the sofa on the second floor can also be turned into a bed, there is a small room on the first floor that can live 1 to 2 people, For our two families, the living is really spacious, and the whole is very clean, refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, washing machine are all available, even pots and pans seasonings. We bought a lot of dishes on the first day and came back to cook. It was really cheaper to fry with the cows than in the store. It was free with the cows. The living room was very large. The children were very happy and didn't want to go out. The homestay that made me overjoyed was very close to the Tennoji business district. I didn't have to go to Shinsaibashi and Umeda for shopping. It was also very convenient to travel. It was 15 minutes in advance to go out to Kyoto and Kuroshio to Wakayama. This trip to Osaka was really the right place to live, and everyone was very satisfied. The only downside is that there is no toilet on the third floor, and you have to climb the stairs to the second floor. A few suggestions: 1. The door is a bit difficult to open, and those who have not used this lock will be a bit confused (it is best to have an explanation in the check-in guide); 2. The store has Line, and most of our Chinese tourists do not have it, and registration is also very troublesome. Can we open a WeChat service for Chinese tourists?
Arrived at around 2pm, would not give rooms until3pm.
We had booked two rooms for 5 people. One for 3 people and one for two people.
One room had two bed and one sofa bed. Hotel didn’t inform us that sofa bed is under one of the bed. We asked for sofa bed hotel charged us extra £50 without telling us that there is extra bed in one of th room. I call it fraud and double charge.
Room wasn’t cleaned properly .Dirty mugs and glass was left in the room.
Breakfast was nightmares. Limited variety of bread and baskets were empty, fruits trays were empty very little staff was at hand to help. It was really chaotic.
Property looked tired and need of renovation.
Wouldn’t stay again.
1, The room is soundproofed and the surroundings are quiet at night. I slept very well at night and never got woken up.
2, Some sightseeing spots, such as Tennoji Zoo, Tennoji shopping malls, Tennoji temples are around. About 5-10 mins walk.
3, Everything in the room worked very well. I never felt cold in the room when the temperature outside the hotel was around zero to 5 degrees at night. I could adjust the temperature in the room. Fridge was good, cold enough to store my yoghurt and soft drink. Shower head was strong enough. Bed was large and comfy.
They had air purifier in the room. Good.
4, The room was spacious and very clean. See attached photo.
5, Near metro, jr station.
Will rebook a room of this hotel if I come back to Osaka

This hotel's amenities stood out by far in comparison to most other hotels we stayed at in Japan. They provided free laundry services, a complimentary drink bar that serves free-flow alcohol and non-alcohol (big variety of coffee and tea flavours) for all guests, free coupons for activities such as sake tasting (they have 13 sakes), high tea, and takoyaki making, as well as karaoke rooms, table tennis tables, arcade games such as darts, rental of many trinkets you may need during your trip such as phone chargers, massagers, and board games, simple balinese clothing rental, the list goes on.
Aside from that, the hotel was conveniently located next to 2 family marts beside Tennoji station which was just 3 stations away from the dotonburi.
The only thing was that my partner thought that the room had a slightly damp smell (I thought it was fine), and the room was a little dated with not much space and a slightly annoying automatic motion-activated lighting which cannot be turned off. However, the bathroom was big enough for 2 people, and the bed was very comfortable. There was also ample mineral water, bluetooth speaker, fridge, and microwave in the room.
Overall, one of the best places to have stayed at for 5 nights considering all the amenities and free services provided!
The first impression of this hotel is that the receptionist speaks fluent English
cleanliness is normal, what is certain is that a hotel for this class of price is appropriate, if you want to be 100% clean it seems like just a dream, don't expect Japan to be cleaner than hotels of the same class, if it is smaller in area, that's true.
The hotel is comfortable and clean. There is a western restaurant nearby with rich food. You only need to cross a street, but the restaurant is inconspicuous (in the basement of a building with the word ”药”). It is open until 11:30 pm and is not expensive. It is very convenient to come back for dinner after sightseeing. There is a 71 convenience store nearby, next to the main road. You can see it when you walk towards Tsuruhashi Station. Google map will tell you to get off at Momotani Station, but you can still get to the hotel from Tsuruhashi Station. The walking distance is the same, but you have to walk along the road at Momotani Station, which is very inconvenient. There are also many yakiniku restaurants near Tsuruhashi Station. The hotel is located between Tsuruhashi and Momotani stations. The hotel is located not too far from Nara or the city center. I stayed in a twin room with a small terrace. The room was large and had a double-burner stove, but no pots or pans, only a kettle. The room is equipped with shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, hair dryer, a pair of paper slippers, air conditioning and heating, and clothes hangers. Luggage can be stored until 3:00 pm. The hotel door is open from 9 am to 11 pm. If you go out after 9 pm, you should be able to go out through the stairs (I haven't tried it). If you go back after 11:00 pm, you need to go to the keyhole under the button panel next to the automatic door. There is a keyhole. Use the room key to open the glass door and enter the hotel.
I stayed here for 6 nights while traveling alone in Osaka. As soon as I entered the room, I knew I had made the right choice. The room is quite large among the hotels and B&Bs I have stayed in in Japan. It can accommodate two people with their suitcases. If you stay consecutively, the room will be cleaned once every three days. Smoking is allowed. There is a convenience store and Tanimachi 9-chome station next to the hotel, and it is also very convenient to walk to Namba Nipponbashi. The average price per day is 600, which is very cost-effective. I will stay here when I come to Osaka next time.
The main theme of this hotel is a green and recyclable hotel, which means that you basically have to rely on yourself. If you stay for a short time, there is no room cleaning service, and there is no room service. It feels more like a homestay. They said they were friendly in Chinese, and I thought the front desk could speak Chinese, but in fact they only gave me a Chinese check-in sheet. Fortunately, the front desk spoke good English and the communication was smooth. There are also some highlights. The room is very large, and the distance to the subway station is not too far or too close. There is a kindergarten and a shrine nearby. It is very quiet. There is a 711 and a life in the surrounding convenience stores. Overall, it is okay.

I would definitely come back to this hotel, it is just a 1-2 min walk to the metro station with a lift. It’s convenient for families staying in together, the room are fully equipped with the amenities shown in their listing. It really makes you feel at home.
Actually after reading the previous reviews I thought that the sound of the train would affect our stay, but surprisingly it was not loud at all without putting any ear plugs too.
My family really enjoyed their stay here, really looked forward to my next trip here again!

I think it's a good place to stay for a short time. However, the fatal flaw of this accommodation is that there is no space to spread out your suitcase. The location is right in front of the subway station that can take you directly to Namba and Umeda, so it's good that you can tour both places. However, you have to walk about 20 minutes to Don Quijote and a large shopping mall.

GGuest Userthe hotel is really quiet, you can't hear anyone or anything. friendly and kind staff. clean large rooms with all the amenities. no laundry in the hotel, but there is one nearby in a separate building, you can find it on the maps. do I recommend staying here? yes, for a short and long period.
YYiwenThere is no cigarette smell at all, and the facilities are great. You can also get toiletries downstairs. When you stay, you will receive a coupon that can be exchanged for a drink. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and there is also a water heater for use. There are also indoor slippers and night lights. The space is also Very useful~
SSanmaopingpingClean, tidy, rich breakfast, various colors of food put together, very appetizing, coffee is good, apple drinks are good. This time I went to Japan for a trip, after choosing and choosing, I still wanted to try a Japanese chain hotel, and I really made the right choice. This one is convenient, close to the subway station, and there is a convenient supermarket. Towels are placed at the door every day for easy replacement. I will choose Toyoko INN again when I come to Japan.
CChing LunI really like the location next to the subway station. There is a 7-11 downstairs. The room is clean and bright. What I like most is that the transparent windows can even be opened for ventilation. The space is quite spacious. I like it very much. I will make it my first choice next time I visit Osaka.

GGuest UserI stayed at Hotel XX this time, and overall I am very satisfied.
First of all, the staff were extremely friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I checked in.
The hotel was clean, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beds were especially soft, and I was able to sleep soundly.
王王It’s too much trouble to hand over the key every time I go out. I will get the key again when I go out for ten minutes to buy a bottle of water. Give the key to the front desk when I go out.
