Fantastic place for a quiet stay within a 25-minute walk of Oxford city centre. The accommodation is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it a truly relaxing retreat. We had to be up early in the morning, but the location was very quiet. Mandy who assisted us with check in was incredibly professional and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. Highly recommend this gem.

Problem upon arrival: the PIN in the booking email doesn't work to open the door, you have to check our messages on Trip.com to get the PIN for the door. Cleanliness leaves something to be desired... it smells of damp (room no. 2 on the ground floor) and there is mold on the floor in the shower (and it is very narrow). And what about the faded paint in the bathroom... Shared kitchen and outdoor courtyard may be a plus for some. Central Oxford accessible on foot (25 min) or by bus. But if you can afford it, I don't really recommend this place...

There is no elevator. The room is spacious and clean, but the heating is sometimes on and sometimes off. The transportation is convenient. The kitchen is good. There is no front desk. This is a homestay.
