The hotel and the staff themselves were amazing! However, the only thing that was terrible was the breakfast. I don’t even believe it’s apart of the hotel itself and is actually just open to the public. The service there was terrible. For example, we were not seated nor offered any kind of service or check up during our breakfast. Me and my family decided to just eat else where since we felt we were ignored for the level of “class” we appeared to have. I say this because others were served that seemed to have more so called “class” than us, but oh well the breakfast was cheap cheap,

Hotel itself is okay. Breakfast is good and staff is friendly. For me, these beds are easily the worst i have ever slept in though. Hard as wood and little to no comfort.

So very satisfy with their services. Location is superb walking distance to everywhere within 20min otherwise just take grab within 2 usd. Room very clean

Stayed 5 nights. Same breakfast buffet every morning, fruit and some leftovers are still brought out the next day. The hotel is expensive but water and cakes in the room are charged.... in the restaurant, guests are eating and smoking freely, the staff doesn't dare say anything.... eating and smoking while eating is impolite.... if you like the clean type and hate cigarettes, you should think carefully before booking... not ok for me.

I stayed here because of a morning flight, but I actually didn't have high expectations because I've stayed there several times. It's expensive for the size of the facility... I wish the lobby was a little cooler. I was sweating while checking in.

Great and friendly staff, clean rooms, soft beds and good bathroom

A friendly and tidy business hotel

The hotel is on the side of the road, it is easy to find, and the waiters are very friendly. I originally booked a business suite, but the bath water is not hot enough, and the hotel does not have breakfast. I will not choose it next time.

Hotel hygiene is very bad. Using breakfast is even worse.

I'm stay here for 2 nights, we are feeling very comfortable in this hotel, staff very nice and helpful us, the room was nice and large view from window. Breakfast with a lot of options and really high recommend this hotel and will come back.
