Great experience with them. Accommodating staff and very fast service. I asked them to clean the room. They arrived in less than 10 minutes. It's great and the room is clean when I arrive. The thing is you can hear the busy street and only two outlet is available in the room and it is away from the bed🙁

Good location 3minute walk to gaisano mall 1 ride to pagadian airport

Good service. Enjoyed my stay. The stairs was an exercise tho. 😅

The location was perfect, the only down side there was no lift so we have to climb up on stairs which is inconvenient but not too big deal anyway.

Better to have an elevator it’s not easy for travelers especially if travelers traveled from a long trip It’s very hassle for us

It's strategically located: a stones throw away from Gaisano, short tricycle ride from the airport, walking distance from the city hall and main boulevard. The room however was not very spacious (not enough space to move around) and had a smell (coming from the toilet). For not picky travelers that need only a place to sleep in and a cold shower, it's fine. Not good for those traveling with children and senior citizens as it doesn't have an elevator.

Excellent location, customer service is average. Not bad.

The pillow cover has a black mark ~ the TV doesn't turn on using the remote even if nakasaksak na ung TV. And the aircon is not that cold.
