It is a very good hotel. Have privacy The atmosphere is very good. The room is clean and spacious. The food is very delicious. The employees are smiling and cheerful. Very attentive to service in every matter Suitable for family trips with children and for couples who want privacy. There are lots of beautiful photo corners. There are 3 large pools and a very fun whirlpool. If there is a chance I will definitely go again. There are many activities such as cycling and a kid club for children, spas, and more.

It was a very impressive experience in both the rooms and activities. Various things in the hotel The service staff was very good, from the time we picked up at the parking lot until we went to check in inside. We arrived in the evening and the staff went up to check in for us at the place where we had dinner, so it wasn't a waste of time. The security system is excellent because the doors are closed. At all times outsiders cannot enter.  This time there was a slight accident, our child stepped on a piece of glass. The hotel was very eager to help, expressing regret over and over, but we thought it was a mistake. Accidents don't have to be serious. The hotel compensated us by We were able to check out the outlet until 1:00 p.m. with a set of afternoons and informed that if we came to receive the service next time there would be a special discount.  I was very impressed and another thing I liked was the atmosphere inside the hotel. There are four pools to feel open and airy, not uncomfortable. Breakfast is also FULL option. I've never seen any hotel that can offer this much. Even though it's a hotel that just recently opened and closed during COVID, it opened again and did very well. Will definitely have to use the service again.

There is no hospitality at this hotel; avoid it if you can. We just wanted to go there for dinner, but the hotel staff simply ignored us and humiliated us by saying we had to book in advance. The next day, we called to make a booking, but the same staff member said we had to pay a deposit of 1,000 baht immediately. This was my first time experiencing such unprofessional customer service at a hotel, despite having traveled to over 80 countries around the world.
