I had amazing 3 nights with my wife. The hotel is located in perfect location where we went everywhere just by walking. The hotel staff is very friendly especially the two ladies at the reception. I stayed in premium suit and the room was very spacious and convenient

Beautifully restored house. Quiet and calm even though it’s was the busy Easter weekend. Good bathroom products. Lovely roof terrace and pool with great rooftop views. Delicious breakfast! Staff were all very friendly, helpful and had good local recommendations. They really helped make the stay enjoyable.

Great hotel right in the centre of Palma. Really friendly and helpful staff, and great welcome with a glass of cava. Room was spacious - the only thing it didn’t have was tea / coffee making facilities which was only a minor frustration - a quick call to reception and they made great coffee and selection of teas. Rooftop pool was great and spa /massages very good and easy to book. Didn’t eat here but food looked great. Definitely recommend for a stay in palma

Beautifully designed, quirky, individual and interesting. Staff are all lovely - friendly, helpful and always smiling. Great location and the perfect introduction to Palma Old Town. Will definitely return and hope to be able to try one of the pools

Amazing! Me and my husband stayed here for 1 night. It's a gorgeous hotel. We stayed in the deluxe suite and it was perfect. One of the nicest hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in. Everything is so clean, so luxury. The customer service was amazing. Everyone was lovely and very accommodating. Food was great. We also booked a 30 minute back massage in the spa which was so relaxing. We loved everything about it. Cannot fault the hotel at all. We will definitely be returning!

We are seasoned lux travelers and found this hotel depressing. We booked in advance through AmEx Platinum Travel, and toured two unacceptable rooms upon arrival and immediately checked out. The hotel smells like musky mold and is in serious need of updating. While at Mallorca, we told our story to a local who candidly agreed saying this hotel is 20 years past its prime and needs an overhaul and apologized for us having this experience in beautiful Mallorca.
