The good = location in the heart of the Old Town, the staff service, the roof terrace view of the Cathedral The not so good = my very cosy room (number 11) was on the 1st floor and just up from the street which made it a bit noisy and dark, doing my makeup was a best guess. It also smelled a bit of drains and had no long mirror or drawers. I'm glad I was a solo traveller given the size of the room. The price is reasonable though given the location.

This hotel is amazing value for money! We stayed here for 4 nights and I honestly couldn’t fault it. Such a great location with lots of shops and restaurant’s nearby. The rooftop terrace is amazing with the view of the cathedral. The staff are all so lovely. No faults.

We visited for a few days recently and found the hotel to be ideal. It is in a great location near restaurants/bars/shops, the rooms are clean (if a little small), the roof terrace has excellent views and every member of staff we encountered was very friendly.

Charming hotel in a great spot in the old town. Staff very helpful and friendly and the hotel is clean. Ideal location for a few nights. Rooftop is a delight and offers amazing views across Palma. Many great restaurants nearby too. Would highly recommend

What a good choice we made when booking here. Great location in the old part of Palma with amazing views from the rooftop. Staff were all very friendly. Room itself was very clean and comfortable, our room had a Juliet balcony. Room amenities were a small fridge, a hairdryer and soap/shower gel. All the communal areas were kept clean and tidy. There was a nice bar area where breakfast was served (extra) but we didn’t sit in this area as the weather was so good we used the roof terrace. We hope to come back to Palma and would definitely stay here again.

We couldn’t fault this hotel. We had e mailed beforehand for a room to the back,away from street noise. Which we got, no view. But on the 7th floor is a seating area with excellent views of the city and harbour. Your really only into the room for sleeping and showering. The room is spacious with a good bed. Staff very accommodating and the breakfast excellent. Anything you needed you got!

6 of stayed here in great comfort for a 5 day trip to Palma. The breakfast was great, location brilliant and surprisingly quiet despite being in the middle of the old town on a busy street. My room's view was of the lift shaft so I simply shut the blinds. I don't think anyone had a good view but as we spent very little time in the rooms that didn't matter. The roof terrace is awesome!! We had a couple of pre dinner drinks up there - with the most amazing view of the cathedral and Palma generally. Can't recommend this enough.

The best location, in the old town with shops restaurants and the cathedral on the doorstep. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great roof terrace with sea and cathedral views. Photo attached. Room very comfortable, great aircon, super clean bathroom. We hired a car from reception which was delivered by Star Rentals, reasonable price and excellent service from Jan. we didn’t have breakfast in the hotel as we were so close to many more places to eat but we were provided with as much drinking water as we wanted. Will definitely stay here again!
