A real gem. In a fantastic location for walking around and exploring Palma. The staff were always very helpful and kind. The beds in my opinion were very comfortable, the shower was fantastic with lovely Rituals soaps etc and it was all very clean. My only 2 things I would say to improve it would be to have sunbeds at the big pool on the ground floor (currently none) and earbuds as the bin lorries are loud outside in the mornings.

Location: 20 minutes walk from central Parma, but I think the location is good.
Services: Very stylish with a spa in the basement and a bar and pool on the 4th floor.
Cleanliness: Very clean. I think the cleaning is thorough.
Amenities: towels, hair dryer, shampoo, etc. There aren't many other things, but they say it's for eco-friendliness. You can get it if you ask the front desk.
Overall, I think it's a very good hotel and I recommend it to Japanese people.

The hotel is a bit far from the center but bus line 4 takes you there. The reception staff is super nice and friendly, they help you or provide the information you need, it's the best thing about the hotel.
You can have a clothes iron by leaving a deposit of 20 e that will be returned to you on the day of departure.
The rooms are quite old and smell musty mixed with humidity. It is quite cold in the bathroom as it has an open crack that leads directly to the street and cannot be closed or covered. It's a shame because the rooms have a lot of potential if they did a little renovation.
The views from the terrace of the hotel are wonderful to the port.

The hotel itself is nice- clean rooms and the staff were friendly and attentive. The pool is good (although very, very deep so not for kids) and the breakfast had a decent selection. The main problem we had was the noise! We were put in a room at the front of the hotel, the noise from the main road was constant and we couldn’t really use the balcony. It also made it difficult to sleep. We were also woken up multiple times by other guests who came in at all hours drunk, shouting, singing and clattering around. So if you’re planning to stay here my advice would be into request a room at the back of the hotel and take ear plugs!

Very close to the central station in the city center, the surrounding is more convenient. The room is a little old, but it's hard to find a single room at this price in a tourist resort. There is a cafe next to it that can solve the problem of breakfast, and there is an Asian supermarket where you can buy water or something at night

The hotel is really good, the staff is friendly and they do everything possible to make your stay pleasant.
However, the room did not have a double bed but two comfortable single beds all the same. But the most annoying thing is the simple glazing and the curtains which let in light. For a four star and quite surprising but the stay still went well and the kindness of the staff really adds to a satisfactory experience, thanks to their daily work!
Ps: don't hesitate to have breakfast, it's buffet style and it's really good! In addition, if you have to take the plane the next day before the buffet opens, you will be entitled to a good pic-nik prepared by them ☺️

The service and our room was fantastic. The team went above and beyond to help me surprise my partner’s birthday. However I was little disappointed with the rooftop “pool”, the picture online was very deceptive and appears to be a little bigger/ deeper but it was just a small tub to splash your toes in.
But apart from that the staff was fantastic and very much aestically pleasing x

From the lovely welcome - a chilled glass of Cava as we arrived, the wonderful staff at this great little hotel made this a perfect place to stay. The hotel is set in an old tile factory, with beautiful tiles displayed around the building and in every room. An easy stroll into the old town and on bus routes around Mallorca. I can’t remember staying in a hotel where the staff are so helpful, friendly and kind - can’t wait to go back. Gracias, sentimos que hemos hecho nuevos amigos

The hotel room was great, the staff impeccable, just the small problem that can surprise you is that we had a booking tax of €8 and a bit, except that on the site where we booked and paid for the room online, at no time did they warn us that there would be a tax (knowing that we only slept one night, the price of which is not exorbitant either) so be careful not to get ripped off, especially if you were going to stay for a long time, the taxes will surely increase...

GGuest UserBeautiful boutique hotel, very clean and well appointed. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Ideally locate in the old town. We stayed in a double deluxe room in order to be able to have the option of twin beds as it was a mother and daughter trip. Lovely Mollton Brown products in the bathroom, Illy coffee machine in the room and a kettle upon request so we could make tea. Minibar very well stocked. We enjoyed a nice glass of cava as a welcome drink. Continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful with the option of scrambled eggs. Would stay again if in Palma.

EExplorer10247312285Loved this gorgeous hotel close to the Cathedral. Our room was comfortable and stylish (street side so could hear visitors to the cathedral and horse drawn carriages going by but this did not bother us). There is a nice internal courtyard where breakfast is served. The staff are kind and attentive, particularly Mari Carmen on reception and the lady serving breakfast. Location is perfect and the outlook extremely attractive. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Palma.

GGuest UserI agree with others’ comments about the cleanliness and friendliness (and lovely smiles) of all staff at the unpretentious Tent Capi Playa, the lukewarm buffet dishes, and the lack of bedroom fridge and tea/coffee making facility………… but there is a safe and hairdryer…… and hot and cold drinks machines in the foyer available 24/7. I loved the concept of a brunch service, available from 08.30 till 01.30; you can visit as often as you like and eat as much as you like. They even put out pizza slices later in the session. I couldn’t find an English-language TV channel………. seems to require the hotel to connect to a cable service?........ though there are loads of Spanish, French and German channels. The pool is quite small (no-one used it during my March visit) and there are sun loungers, bean bags, ‘normal’ tables and chairs….. and even a couple of hammocks! Sadly, they play awful and loud “music” over the outdoor loudspeaker system……… and, then, there’s those folk who cannot go on holiday without using their mobile phones incessantly! There are loads of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance and the local bendy bus (mostly green and white) stop is just under 2 blocks away from the hotel. There are 2 services – the A2 goes to the airport (cost €5pp) and the No 25 goes to Palma in one direction and s’Arenal in the other (cost €2pp for any length of a single journey). If you’re coming to the hotel catch the bus labelled No A2 at the airport or “25 s’Arenal” from Palma and watch the onboard info screen for “Proxima parada (next stop) Balneari 9” and press one of the red stop buttons to alert the driver. The hotel is just around 200 yards back. Pay the driver with cash as you board (but don’t use a higher than €10 note), take your change and ticket. If you’re going to/from the airport, the journey time is about 25 minutes and runs at 45 minute intervals. If you’re going to Palma the bus is labelled “Catedral – Palma Express”. There’s a bus every 10 to 12 minutes or so and it takes around 35 minutes to the cathedral or about a further 10 minutes to “Proxima parada Placa d’Espanya” where the main island modern train and bus station (Estacio Intermodal) and historic Soller train station are both just across the busy road from the bus stop (“H”). Beware, though, the Palma bus could be hugely overcrowded, or full, especially at ‘rush’ hour heading for Palma…… and that was in March. Several times it was so full that it didn’t even stop though once or twice there was a second bus right behind. The historic train station is accessed through a café over the road to the left of the two low white buildings. You’ll probably need to buy a ticket in advance (online, one week beforehand) and I recommend you add the tram down to Port de Soller. I paid €39 for the combined round trip. Stayed here for 7 days and writing this review just after checking out, all in all a nice hotel but with some pros and cons. Cons: - Room is a LOT smaller than advertised, with just enough room to walk around the bed. We paid for a decent room and expected what was shown on the pictures for ‘our room’ category but it was false advertisement. - Building site is noisy and an eye sore while sat around the pool. I actually knew about this before we booked but looking at the pictures from previous reviews it looked like most of the structure was up so the noisy bits were finished, I was wrong. I feel they should tell people on booking about it. - No table or chairs on balcony. We paid a lot for the room too through *********** and the pictures advertised for that room were nothing like what we booked. I called reception every single day on my 7 day holiday to ask for a chair and they promised the next day we could get one, we never got one. This would be ok if there was somewhere else to sit in the room but there is nowhere other than the bed. So we lay on the bed and played cards in the evening and didn’t use the balcony. We had a sea view too, so a shame we couldn’t sit out. - Pool bar closes at 5pm, they have a beautiful bar area with a TV, couches etc really lovely but no one sits in there in the evening because the bar is shut, and in the day everyone is sat around the pool. Bit of a shame to have such a wasted space that is so nice. - No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, didn’t have a cup of tea whole holiday. - No bottled water in room (didn’t bother me as just bought a big bottle each night from supermarket) - No iron in the room so we just wore creased clothes. - Sun loungers around the pool are really uncomfortable due to a metal bar that goes across them and dig into your back there isn’t a way around it. - Maid took one of our room key cards for some strange reason. Pros: - Staff are really lovely, the receptionist, bar lady, lifeguard (who gives you the towels everyday) all really nice friendly people who can’t do enough for you. - Room is cleaned everyday. - Excellent location! A short stroll to cala major centre where you’ll find the beach and all the restaurants/super market. - Porto Pi shopping centre is a 10-15 minute walk and is AMAZING, they have Zara, Mango, Bershka, Stradivarius and more. - Palma town centre is very close just 10 mins on the number 4 bus 2 Euro per person each way. - Fresh towels everyday, we brought them to the beach too no issues. - I have to hand it to them the shower in the room is lovely. Hot water no problem. - Breakfast is lovely, I wasn’t expecting much but it was really good. If you are British don’t be expecting full English type food (which we didn’t anyway) but they have an amazing selection of cheeses, meats, breads, fruit, cookies pastries brownies even churros. They do have sausage and bacon but it’s like hot dog sausage. We really enjoyed our stay as we LOVE Cala major but per

AAnonymous Usersupper big and good with delicious breakfast and kind staff, they can call the taxi for you and there is a bus stop right at the gate of the hotel, it’s really convenient. We really had a good time at the hotel and it’s near the airport only cost 7mins so we can save time there.

GGuest UserA good four stars. Hotel close to the airport (taxi 14 euros, no ubers in Mallorca). I was lucky enough to have a terrace room (first floor room) where you walk from your balcony directly onto the terrace overlooking the pool. I reckon these rooms are best unless you're obsessed with a sea view in which case go above 5th floor. Hotel breakfast is good- lots of choice. Also an inexpensive cafe / bar on poolside with very friendly staff. The hotel was peaceful when we were there- slept well and beds pretty comfortable. Very very close to the beach- 3 mins walk - and then you're on the beachfront which has an almost unlimited abundance of restaurants, cafes and bars. One cautionary note about the restaurants nearby - be careful with the reviews many look to be inflated / fake so choose carefully. Lots of mini-supermarkets - the best within 5 mins walk is carrefour express.

GGuest UserThis hotel is near the subway station, train station and bus station. It only takes a few minutes to walk to get there. The transportation is very convenient and fast! The room has a window table and chairs, with enough light for planning your trip or working! The hotel also has an outdoor terrace and chairs for guests to rest! The front desk staff are very kind and willing to help you solve your problems!

GGuest UserMy positive experience with Hotel Mirador in Palma, Mallorca began as soon as I entered the lobby. I was greeted warmly at the desk where they solved several problems with my booking which was made by Trip.com. Specifically, for some reason my reservation was in the name of a Trip.com employee and not me! Second although I had booked for two nights with continental breakfast, the reservation was made for one night with lunch and dinner and a SEPARATE reservation was made for one night with no meals. Third, a reservation was made for a ”Family” room instead of a single as I requested. This made my stay more expensive than I planned for.
Through all of these difficulties the staff at the Hotel Mirador treated me exceptionally well and made many phone inquires until I was able to get a room.
