Paris 14th arrondissement-Observatoire 4-star Hotels

Good hotel, very well located: 2mins away from Glacière metro station (the metro station for the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de triomphe etc …). The hotel lobby is very nice but the rooms are quite outdated. I’ve booked a room with “Paris view” but it was disappointing (wrong side). The gym is nice, the machines modern but there’s too many cardio machines and not enough weights and workout equipments (but overall it is way above other Parisian hotel’s gym). The breakfast is simple but good. There are several small grocery stores nearby, which is super convenient!

The hotel is good but not 4 stars , the rooms is small but clean , the shower was very small , no body cream , no hair conditioner, etc . The view was terrible , the breakfast was good but too many people and no available tables for eat . We booked 2 rooms and in one room no toilet paper etc etc . Next time I'm Paris we will try another Hotel more close to the attractions.

Parking requires advance booking and costs €25 per day. It's located on basement level -3. Maneuvering a 4.87-meter rear-wheel drive car into the underground garage was a bit tricky, but we managed without any scratches. The ramps, both up and down, were very steep, and the floor surface was quite slippery. Our street-facing room was surprisingly quiet. There was no noise from the hallway. We could hear ambulances and police sirens, but no regular vehicle traffic.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. I really like the view from the roof. And also a well-thought-out system for the maids, there is a kind of elevator for dirty linen, so the maids do not block the passage when cleaning (and this is a problem in many hotels in Paris - narrow corridors and carts with linen, preventing you from walking with suitcases, but in Lampik there is no such problem

Otelin en güzel yanı lokasyonuydu. Her şeye ulaşım çok kolaydı. Hemen önünde metro ve otobüs durakları var. Market, eczane , fırın vb. pek çok şeyin bulunduğu güzel bir caddede yer alıyor. Odalar küçüktü ama sadece uyumak için girdiğimizden yeterliydi. Bizim için tam bir fiyat/performans oteli oldu.

The hotel is in a quiet and lively neighborhood, conveniently located right next to Metro Line 13. It’s a peaceful spot with plenty of grocery stores and restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were very friendly and even let us check in early, which we really appreciated. Just a heads-up—if you're carrying large luggage, there's an escalator going up from the metro but not down. Our room was clean. The room looked exactly like the photos they posted online. Although our booking mentioned a bathrobe, it wasn’t provided. On the plus side, there's a water refill station in the lobby. Overall, not bad for a short stay.

For Paris, the room was quite spacious, but the windows couldn't be opened. It's located in a residential area, and with a metro and tram stop right outside, transportation was very convenient. Staff communication and handover seemed a bit muddled, as I was incorrectly charged for meals. Thankfully, after Ctrip intervened, the extra charge was refunded. However, I still ended up losing some money due to the exchange rate difference 😓.

First of all, the hotel is very comfortable, clean and hygienic, and the bed in the room is great. The only drawback is that it is only a small part away from the elevator. The accommodation exceeded expectations. There is a second-hand market next to it on weekends, and the atmosphere is strong. There are many Asian restaurants. The price is half of the ibis 500 meters away, which is amazing! Highly recommended. By the way, the mini bar is free and there are free apples at the entrance bar. It is 300 meters from Pernaty, Metro Line 13.

First off, the location is incredibly convenient. Montparnasse Metro Station is just a five-minute walk away, making it easy to reach any part of Paris. The front desk service was also quite good, and the facilities were very comprehensive. The free mini-bar was a pleasant surprise, and the security measures were excellent. However, the biggest drawback was the hotel's hygiene, which was genuinely concerning. Upon arrival, I even found residual body hair on the bedsheets and duvet cover. Luckily, I had brought my own. Room cleaning was only average, and the mini-bar wasn't restocked for two days after its contents were used. Overall, there's significant room for improvement.
