Hôtel de Berri Champs-Élysées, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Paris Reviews

No daily room cleaning, even I called to the reception for several times, room make up lights on, I did place some tips on the table. I stayed in this hotel for many times when I went to Paris, but i quite disappointed with the services and room standard this time. Breakfast was no longer buffet cause of less people staying as I saw. The staff in the restaurant and reception were not as helpful as before.

The hotel is quite close to the Champs-Élysées, making it easy to get around to various places. There are plenty of Chinese restaurants nearby, so dining, entertainment, and shopping are all very convenient. We booked a suite on the basement level. The overall facilities in the room were relatively new, but I feel there's still room for improvement. The staff's service was incredibly warm and enthusiastic, which was the most memorable part of our trip.

The retro and nostalgic style is well-matched, and it's clean, tidy, and comfortable.

The hotel's location is excellent. The rooms are quite spacious, and the decor has a charming, distinctive style. Definitely worth a try!

The hotel charged me extra 700 EUR. Still not complete the refund. Very disappointed.not recommended

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. A breakfast (just a cup of black tea, a glass of juice, and three pieces of bread) took 45 minutes to arrive, and it was almost the end of breakfast time! It's absolutely ridiculous!

I checked out a day early. No one answered the hotel phone. I tried to communicate with Ctrip but to no avail. In the end, I had to pay the full amount. I will choose a new hotel next time I go to France to attend an exhibition.

The room window faces outside. It was New Year's Day and it was quite noisy at night, with the sound of motorcycle engines. The automatic curtains were not smooth. The service was five-star, and the luggage pick-up was very worry-free. Breakfast was ordered and had to wait for a while, which was not suitable for guests in a hurry. Considering all the conditions, the room price was high.

The location, service and overall aesthetic are very good
