The hotel is very nice and clean! The service is very very very good! The staff team is very supportive & helpful. They helped us call taxi, and provided many convenient things. The hotel location is also great. Its near xinghai square and can walk to the beach to see the bridge.

Staff were absolutely amazing and they went out of their way to accommodate me. Hotel has a great vibe with a comfortable sitting area. Beautiful breakfast with a good selection. A trendy hotel and a very good experience.

Overall this is nice hotel for short trip. But the water is not hot enough. The design of shower room is terrible. No privacy at all.

I would not recommend this hotel to Western travelers. While the location is somewhat attractive (next to a large square and the Fisherman’s Wharf), the rest of what the hotel offers is subpar. The rooms (even the larger ones) are small, the bathrooms is a glass cabin structure within the room itself, there are limited toiletries, breakfast offers little more than boiled eggs and selected fruits, and the overall condition of the hotel does not match 4* standards.

The hotel is modern and very clean...I like the creative design, especially in the lobby. The location is very perfect for tourists in Dalian. They upgraded me to a room with a bigger bed for free as they saw I brought a second guest.

With the contraction going on and the issues with the lobby the first day I got there I would not recommend this place at all. Don’t understand the price for the room when you think about what this place has to offer. Way to much for what is offered here.

Overall, it was a great stay. The location can't be beat, for the price group, at least. Abundant restaurants and coffee shops within a short walk, along with the beachfront. To the right were most of the coffee shops, cafes, and supplies, and across the giant oval were the seafood restaurants. Nice options on the seafront, as well. For convenience items, go to the left and seek out the hidden allyway stores I found only on the last day. The hotel was clean and efficient but comfortable. Service was good in general, but fell short in a couple areas. Front desk and restaurant staff seems overtasked; they did a nice job, but needed additional hands. This was most visible in the small dining area, in which all tables were at times either occupied or covered with dishes. The rooftop bar showed promise, but was closed by the time I arrived at 9:00 pm. Most of what fell short of expectations seemed beyond the hotel's control, such as the short-handed staff. Construction in the neighboring unit disrupted any tranquility I sought for most of two days. The workout area was adequate, but the eliptical trainer inoperable, a bit of a disappointment.
