The hotel is very nice and clean! The service is very very very good! The staff team is very supportive & helpful. They helped us call taxi, and provided many convenient things. The hotel location is also great. Its near xinghai square and can walk to the beach to see the bridge.

Staff were absolutely amazing and they went out of their way to accommodate me. Hotel has a great vibe with a comfortable sitting area. Beautiful breakfast with a good selection. A trendy hotel and a very good experience.

Overall this is nice hotel for short trip. But the water is not hot enough. The design of shower room is terrible. No privacy at all.

I would not recommend this hotel to Western travelers. While the location is somewhat attractive (next to a large square and the Fisherman’s Wharf), the rest of what the hotel offers is subpar. The rooms (even the larger ones) are small, the bathrooms is a glass cabin structure within the room itself, there are limited toiletries, breakfast offers little more than boiled eggs and selected fruits, and the overall condition of the hotel does not match 4* standards.

The hotel is modern and very clean...I like the creative design, especially in the lobby. The location is very perfect for tourists in Dalian. They upgraded me to a room with a bigger bed for free as they saw I brought a second guest.

With the contraction going on and the issues with the lobby the first day I got there I would not recommend this place at all. Don’t understand the price for the room when you think about what this place has to offer. Way to much for what is offered here.

Overall, it was a great stay. The location can't be beat, for the price group, at least. Abundant restaurants and coffee shops within a short walk, along with the beachfront. To the right were most of the coffee shops, cafes, and supplies, and across the giant oval were the seafood restaurants. Nice options on the seafront, as well. For convenience items, go to the left and seek out the hidden allyway stores I found only on the last day. The hotel was clean and efficient but comfortable. Service was good in general, but fell short in a couple areas. Front desk and restaurant staff seems overtasked; they did a nice job, but needed additional hands. This was most visible in the small dining area, in which all tables were at times either occupied or covered with dishes. The rooftop bar showed promise, but was closed by the time I arrived at 9:00 pm. Most of what fell short of expectations seemed beyond the hotel's control, such as the short-handed staff. Construction in the neighboring unit disrupted any tranquility I sought for most of two days. The workout area was adequate, but the eliptical trainer inoperable, a bit of a disappointment.

Too small a room, basic service and amenities, hotel did not inform us about their district being in a medium risk area. Would not recommend.

This was a very, very bad experience for the following reasons: ① There is a ding-ding-dong-dong sound under renovation near the hotel every morning after six o'clock. It is easy to wake up. This was also informed after check-in, so be careful if you are a light sleeper. ② I ordered three takeaways in the evening. The takeout platform showed that they had been delivered, but the robot never delivered them to my door. After waiting for half an hour, I went downstairs and saw three takeaways in front of the front desk, but the front desk was playing with their mobile phones! ③This is a mid-to-high-end hotel positioned by Huazhu Club, but the hotel rooms are pitifully small, comparable to Hong Kong, where land is at a premium. ④The most important thing is that the check-out time for the room is before twelve o'clock! What's more, the front desk automatically extended your room without any notification, and you had to pay nearly one night's room fee. The front desk's attitude was aggressive and gave you a "you deserve it, just accept your bad luck" attitude. As a travel photography blogger, I have traveled all over the country, and I always have to check out of the Huazhu Club house before 2 pm. This is my first time at Huazhu Club. I had never trusted Huazhuhui when I went out before, but this time I was really surprised. Overall, I will never stay at this hotel again, please refer to it for your own reference.
