Hotel Belfast Paris Reviews

Ctrip is deceiving customers. They're adding misleading labels and the room doesn't match the booking confirmation at all. What's worse, they don't even try to resolve the issue. Seriously, don't fall for their tricks. You arrive, and they tell you the room you booked isn't available, then stick you in a noisy, dirty semi-basement. I've already filed a complaint with the consumer association and am preparing to sue them for compensation. The consumer association explicitly stated that Ctrip engaged in false advertising.

Good location and service I will love to visit again

Pretty good. The air conditioning worked well, and the view was lovely. Plus, the subway entrance right downstairs was super convenient.

The hotel has a fantastic location, but the air conditioning doesn't work well, and the property is a bit old and in need of renovation. It is very expensive; it simply isn't worth the price.

I dreamt of romance here. I deeply regret not choosing a Sheraton or Mercure for 70% of this price. It's best to avoid this place when you come to Paris.

Cons: The hotel is quite old overall. They still use old-fashioned keys, which you have to hand in every time you leave. The room was very small, soundproofing was terrible, and all the facilities and equipment were dated. Pros: It's very close to the metro station and the Arc de Triomphe. I booked a room with a view of the Arc de Triomphe, but the outdated facilities and equipment really made it feel not worth it. When I checked in, the front desk said they needed to pre-authorize my card, but then they took photos of both the front and back of my credit card. I was completely baffled. Fearing credit card fraud, I ended up locking my card afterward. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The hotel boasts a charming European vintage decor. The service was excellent! They use traditional keys, and you can leave yours at the front desk when you go out. It's right by the Arc de Triomphe and very close to the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was a bit simple, though.

Quite an old hotel with run down amenities. I kinda liked the decor though. Location is good- beds are not comfortable and pillows are hard. Windows were not sound proof so I could hear what the neighbours were saying! Idk why the mirrors in the toilet is hang so high ( Im 5’3 but I cant see the mirror at all ) haha

We are disappointed that there is instruction next to the hotel, the view of the Arc de Triomphe is totally blocked. Also, strong smell of **** in the hotel room from our next door during our stay. However, the reception was helpful enough to help us arranging airport shuttle during peak times.

The staff at the hotel were so nice and they cared us so much. Recommended

The bathroom is newly renovated, the location is great, right next to a subway station, and the front desk service is very thoughtful.

Very clean and comfortable.
