At the beginning of the stay, the place seemed all fair for its price, etc. However, once we got into bed, we realise about 1h later, that the bed was FULL of bedbugs. Not even a few, but countless. So this could not have been a recent infestation. Upon realising this, we immediately vacated the room. We have spoken to the hotel management and requested a refund. They politely agreed but have never followed through, even after many attempts to contact them and them repeatedly saying they will take care of this. This is a horrendous place and I can wholeheartedly recommend no one to stay there.

Sami the reception man is unprofessional and so is the manager. I immediately took my passport and made a beeline for the door. I will not spend my hard earned money on anything where staff are unwelcoming!

Booked last minute on the day we were staying (as we were leaving our options open travelling around France). We booked a double room with private bathroom for £74. We arrived at 4pm, our room was on the second floor, there is no lift, so you will have to take your own luggage up. The room was a good size (for a typical french hotel) and separate toilet and bathroom. There was a large opening window and a fan, so it was comfortable even in the heat of the day. The lady and gentleman who checked us in and looked after us were lovely (no English!) and friendly. The hotel has a great location! It's a 2 minute walk from the Moulin Rouge and opposite Flunch! Everybody needs to visit Flunch for a meal at some point! Place de clichy metro is 1 minute walk. All in all, a good stay, great nights sleep and for a typical budget hotel is Paris, I would stay again.

Horrible. Les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité. Le mot "insalubre" ne suffirait pas pour décrire le lieu. Si vous aimez dormir dans les poils et la saleté, c'est le lieu parfait. De plus, l'odeur de la cigarette vous envahis dès votre arrivée. Je suis très très déçu et choqué que ce lieu puisse encore être proposé. Une inspection de la propreté devrait passer...

De eerste kamer die ik kreeg leek niet op de foto's, was oud, afgeleefd en niet helemaal schoon, veel lawaai van de straat en andere kamers maar voor deze prijs op deze locatie mag je niet veel verwachten. Het bed bleek echter vol bedwantsen te zitten en s morgens had ik talloze beten en een dergelijke allergische reactie dat ik medische hulp nodig had. Ik kreeg daarna een andere kamer op het derde verdiep (zonder lift). Deze kamer was echt heel smerig (schimmel, bloedsporen op de wand, rot hout) en had problemen met de elektrische bekabeling onder andere in de badkamer. De reactie van het personeel over de bedwantsen: eerst beschuldigden ze me dat ik zelf de bedwantsen had binnengebracht, vervolgens kwam er een verhaal dat mijn reactie een allergie was aan iets buiten het hotel, daarna zeiden ze alles uit de kamer in zakken te zullen doen, weg te gooien en de bestrijdingsfirma te bellen, en daarna een nieuwe versie waarbij ze alles in de kamer zouden laten zodat de producten van de behandeling beter zouden werken. Volledig ongeloofwaardig en onprofessioneel dus.

El hotel viejisimo, las habitaciones y la cama incomodisima y ademas habian chinches en la habitacion y el hotel no se hizo responsable de las picadas que nos produjeron. No nos quizo devolver el dinero. Y ademas nos tuvimos que cambiar de hotel en mitad de la noche.

Habían chinches en la cama. Nos tuvimos que ir de madrugada porque la cama estaba con chinches. Nos prometieron que nos devolverían el dinero y no lo hicieron. No responden ni a booking ni a nuestros mensaje. Acabe en urgencias por todas las picaduras que tenía. Son unos estadores no lo recomiendo.
