It is a good place to stay in the city centre. I will most likely stay there again, as it is super convenient to have a small kitchen (especially if you travel with kids).

The duplex structure is nice, but... there's a lot of smell in the bathroom... the sink doesn't drain... it's an unclean hotel.

Good location. Very poor service. The front desk can't speak English. You can only wait for the hotel manager to come when you need to communicate. One of the hotel managers has a very bad attitude. We booked two 3-person rooms, one for 3 people and one for 2 people.
The biggest advantage of the hotel is its good location, which is very convenient for shopping. It only takes two or three minutes to walk.
The disadvantages are: 1. The service at the front desk (curly-haired woman) is too poor and the efficiency is too low. It took 40 minutes to check in for five people. Two room cards were given, and one of them was given the wrong one and had to be replaced, which caused me to keep waiting and dragging my luggage. Change the room card and change the room.
2. The triple room is useless. One of them was a sofa bed, but it was too basic.
