The location for the hotel is great Very close to the main shopping street, like 5 mins walking

Cosy room in excellent location. Room a bit small despite upgrade to executive. Suitable for business travellers

The rooms are extremely small beware!!! If you bring large luggage and bags please beware you can’t fit it comfortably not leaving any walking space. The toilet is extremely small and water splashes everywhere. The toilet seat is uncomfortable because my legs were hitting the sides. Besides that everything else was fine. The room is modern and clean. Although the lift card reader is very delicate and sometimes it works and most times it doesn’t you just need to make sure you pull it out slowly. If you are a solo traveler this will work just fine but if you are a couple it might be a little cram. Location is really good it’s walking distance to Lafayette and the champs Élysée district

The room environment I think the classic room is more cozy and better than the deluxe room. Don't use the hotel's conditioner, you will smell a strange smell. I hope the hotel can improve it. Thank you

The room is small, but elegantly decorated and clean, the hotel service is very good, there is a coffee machine in the room, and it is a 3-minute walk from the Champs Elysees.

What a gem in a wonderful creative village atmosphere just a 5 minute walk from the Champs Elysee, lovely restaurants and my office. I couldn't believe my luck. The hotel is beautifully decorated in a simple Parisian comfortable way. My room was lovely, light and cosy, and as a solo traveller I felt safe and at home. I loved the handwritten welcome and leaving note, such a lovely touch. Great tea station as well. Avalon and Louise at the hotel were super helpful, friendly and professional. They really me orientate and gave me some great tips on local eateries like Morny just a couple of doors down. They also looked after my luggage and were kind enough to order me a taxi back to Gare de Nord. Thank you both so much for making my work stay so special. The lovely night porter was super helpful and friendly too. I can't wait to come back again for a longer stay. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Louisa

Loved this hotel. Was travelling alone so wanted to be central. Location perfect, facilities perfect, customer service perfect. Room was well appointed with high end quality fittings and immaculately clean.

The Monna Lisa is a very well designed hotel that is a serene and well positioned boutique hotel in Paris. The staff are exceptionally friendly. The rooms are very good and excellent value. The only downside are the pillows, which are almost bizarrely bad. I will unhesitatingly stay again...but ask for different pillows

The rooms were spotless, and the level of cleanliness throughout the property was impressive. Additionally, the hotel’s location is perfect—close to key attractions and amenities, yet tucked away enough for a peaceful night’s rest. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. Would definitely stay again!

My stay was truly excellent! The location is perfect, and the structure is modern and welcoming, exactly like in the photos. The room was stunning, spacious, and tastefully furnished, while the bathroom was comfortable and fully equipped with everything I needed, making the stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to respond to any need with a smile. I tried breakfast both in the room and at the restaurant: both services were detailed and of high quality. I couldn’t ask for more – highly recommended!

This is a small hotel, just steps from Champs Elysees, right behind Galeries Lafayette. We love the location: basically on Champs Elysees, 10 mins to the Arc de Triomphe, 30 mins walk to the Eiffel tower and Louvre. There are plenty of restaurants around, including excellent kebap place just cross the street. Our room was quite large for the Paris standards and comfortable. It looked like the standard hotel room, with standard amenities, but felt cozy and pleasant. The bathroom was actually very big, with Jacuzzi and bidet. Breakfast was served in a small room on the ground floor. It offered standard fare (for European standards, in the US it would be extensive offer: different breads, cheeses, salamis/hams, cereals, etc.) of good quality. The best of all was staff: very helpful, polite and professional. We had couple of request which were addressed promptly. The bottom line is: we would definitely stay again.
