Perfect hotel near the Saint-Lazare metro station. It is a clean, quiet and well-secured place. You feel like you are stepping back into the 1940s upon entering. The reception is open 24 hours. It's great to be so close to everything at this affordable price in the heart of Paris. It is a small well hidden hotel.

Excellent option and attention for a short stay in Paris. Well heated, quiet and comfortable room. The bathroom worked super. I don't know if the owners attended, but super friendly. and a very good option to explore Paris on foot! and about 6 blocks from Roissybus that comes from CDG. Good price/quality ratio!

Hôtel familial, excellent accueil chaleureux, chambre de taille correcte pour Paris , chambre propre, excellent petit déjeuner ! Rien à redire ! Emplacement idéal proche grand magasin, gare à 3 mn , Metro 3 mn , tout à proximité Nous avions notre chambre au 5 eme donc calme . Une bagagerie permet de laisser les valises. Nous y reviendrons pour notre prochain week-ends parisiens ! C’est le 4 eme que nous faisons proche gare saint lazare et le seul avec un si bon rapport qualité prix

Accueil professionnel 24h/24- prix très intéressant - tres très propre - lieu idéal pour des séjours professionnels et touristiques si vous demandez les chambres sur la rue sans que ce soit bruyant pour autant - pas de buffet au PDJ mais quantité suffisante et qualité correcte

L’entrée de l’hôtel est possible uniquement grâce à l’ouverture contrôlée d’une personne de la réception. Un soir ma copine et moi sonnons pour entrer dans l'hôtel (la chambre été réservée et payée) mais il n’y avait personne pour nous ouvrir. Nous avons été contraintes d’attendre dans la rue et dans le froid, inquiètes de savoir comment nous allions passer notre nuit sans nous retrouver à la rue. Après avoir attendu une quarantaine de minutes en sonnant sans arrêt et en essayant de joindre l’hôtel par téléphone, le réceptionniste finit par nous ouvrir la porte. Ce dernier s’était endormi. Le service de réception 24h/24 promis n'est donc pas respecté. Ce qui est encore plus honteux que le fait de payer un réceptionniste à dormir durant ces heures de travail au lieu d'ouvrir aux clients est le dédain et l'agressivité du personnel et de la direction lorsque nous nous sommes plaintes de la situation.

Un bon rapport qualité-prix pour cet hôtel bien situé près de la gare St-Lazare. Propre, très bon accueil, chambre confortable. Prévoir néanmoins des bouchons antibruits, l'insonorisation par rapport aux bruits de la rue étant un peu limite. J'y retournerai néanmoins lors de mes prochains passages sur la capitale.
