Cairns North Hotels with Parking

The hotel is a half-hour walk from the city center. We live in a double bedroom with a kitchen, which can be easily cooked. The bed in the room is more comfortable and suitable for family and children. The disadvantage is that it is a little distance from the city center and the pier. Far away, the hotel has a small swimming pool, suitable for children, there is no place to eat around.

The hotel room is large, the indoor facilities are complete, very close to the sea, although there is no beach, but you can take morning exercises along the coast. The city of Cairns is small and there are not many people, but every morning, many people who run in the morning on the beach will feel that their life is very pleasant. The hotel is not too far from the duty-free shops in the city center, and shopping is quite convenient. The service staff of the hotel was very good. We didn't arrive at the hotel when we arrived at the hotel, but we found us with a vacancy and gave us instant noodles for breakfast. It was very considerate. Overall praise!

Got economy room , only one night. Arrived late left early. Room ok, small. Had shower toilet aircon and a bed plus a jug with tea/coffee and milk, what more could you want ? Rained all night so a little noisy drip drip drip outside window.  Stay ok, will get better room next time if it’s raining. Check in/out very easy, booking easy, No problems and price was good.

The facilities are too poor. I live on the first floor and found that the blinds were not closed tightly at night, so all the light leaked in. The lights in the yard were so bright that I couldn't sleep all night.

First of all, this is not a 5* Hotel and is not trying to be. This is a budget place to stay and with that in mind, I thought it was great. The rooms were large enough, had a table and chairs, kettle, fridge, microwave, cutlery, the most amenities so far in 4 months of travelling. On top of that, there is a modest pool and a large cooking area that has utensils which was really useful for us budget travellers. The location is as good as we could have got, 30 mind walk to the train station and harbour, an hour walk from the airport. The place also has parking. Although - it was a little dirty and rusty in places - there were lots of tiny roaches which comes with the territory, but still worth mentioning - there were 3 floors in our block, each with a toilet, our toilet was cleaned but no toilet paper replenished for the 3 days we were there

The only regrettable hotel in Australia and New Zealand. Let me talk about the advantages firstly: it is close to the beach, only a few minutes walk, you can walk, no beach, and the sea water is cloudy. Walk to the city center for about half an hour and there are buses. Besides the disadvantages: the hotel is old, the Wi-Fi signal is often not available, the room is crammed, the kitchen operation table is next to the bed, and you have to be very careful when washing. There was also a striking warning-1,000 fines for triggering a smoke alarm. The swimming pool downstairs was completely unused, with leaves and unknown objects floating in it. The most frustrating thing is that the ants on the wall are all in the tea cup after returning for a while. At night I crawled into my neck! Will not go again.

Because I want to transfer from Cairns to Bamaga, I booked this hotel. I am optimistic that it is relatively close to the airport, about 5 kilometers. The room is quite big, less than 30 square meters, and the price-performance ratio is relatively high. The hotel before arrival Through my customer service, I informed the key pick-up code and the code of the hotel door, because the hotel door is locked after 0:00 to 5:30 in the morning, but I have to leave early because of the early flight. This hotel is still very considerate. ,Not bad

Because the room was set up late, it was settled the night before the trip. I thought someone would pick up when I got off the plane. It turned out that I needed to book one day in advance, and I felt very upset. However, the subsequent services, facilities, and breakfast were very good and the hygiene was very good. It's just that there are more mosquitoes in Cairns, so you can sit down and prepare in advance, or you can spray the insect medicine in the store. The pool was clean and changing water frequently (I saw the water change after staying for four nights). The attitude of the boss was very good, the keys were lost, and I rushed over in the middle of the night without any complaints, thank you very much! !!

The room here was good but we decided quite quickly to leave as the regular clientele were getting noisier and it was only 4pm.There were a lot of people loitering and apparently they were asked to leave by management. Also had a family member who had booked a room only to be told his room had an issue with the plumbing and it was suggested he sleep in our room, we should have left then in retrospect not 1 1/2 later

Overall it was a good hotel. Recommended for sightseeing. The facility was very clean and comfortable. I think the staff are very nice.
