Geneva Hotels with Parking

The hotel service was excellent, and they even had a French receptionist who spoke fluent Chinese, having lived in China for many years. It felt like the front desk was very friendly towards Chinese guests. The hotel also provides an electronic public transportation pass, allowing free use of the metro, buses, boats, and inner-city trains. It's super convenient to explore Geneva with just one ticket, and the bus stop is right outside the hotel, with direct routes to the city center.

Quite convenient, close to the airport. Their shuttle runs reliably but you can also walk to the airport main building, it’s a 10min walk.  What’s convenient is the airport and train station are integrated and the Palexpo exhibition center is also reachable easily.  Their shuttle runs hotel rooms are fine, very clean and the staff were friendly.

The room was clean and spacious. The front desk staff, especially the guy, provided excellent service and had a great attitude. The only minor issue was that the luggage handler's attitude was a bit subpar.

Девушка на ресепшен (русскоязычная), очень помогла нам - нашла программу фестиваля на который мы приехали и была очень благожелательна. Завтрак приличный (омлет, блины, фрукты, сыры). Из минусов - очень скромный, даже аскетичный и старомодный интерьер, хотя кровать удобная. В целом, за свои деньги хороший отель.

This is my third stay at this hotel. Its location is fantastic, being just a 1-2 minute walk from the lake. The No. 15 bus stop is also a short stroll away. It's only two stops from the train station, or a pleasant 10-15 minute walk, which is convenient even with luggage. The UN headquarters are also just two stops away. The hotel provides free public transport passes, making getting around exceptionally easy. You'll find Lidl and Coop supermarkets just one stop away. The hotel breakfast features delicious homemade bread and croissants. While the selection isn't vast, everything is truly delicious, and you can smell the wonderfully fresh aroma starting as early as 5 AM each morning. The price was very reasonable for Geneva, and the room also comes with a kitchen, perfect if you prefer to cook your own meals. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied to have found such a great place in a city like Geneva!

The hotel boasts an excellent location with spacious and tidy rooms, complete facilities, comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and the breakfast offers a rich variety. It's great value for money, making it an excellent choice for both business trips and leisure travel. Definitely worth staying again.

Swiss hotels are relatively expensive due to limited space, but this time, because my trip was longer, I booked a slightly larger double room with a view of the Jet d'Eau. From my room, I could see the fountain and the beautiful old buildings in the surrounding square. The room had three windows, which were very bright when open. My room also had a small luggage compartment. The hotel was very clean, and there was bus number 10 nearby that goes directly to and from the airport. However, you need to bring your own basic toiletries as they are not provided. It's a short walk from the city center, but not too far. There's a Burger King nearby, but for something better, you need to go to the train station where there's a Chinese restaurant; the food is decent. The hotel floors are wooden, which felt cleaner than carpet. Considering the high cost of living in Switzerland, this hotel is quite good value and worth recommending.

The location is pretty convenient, and it is a surprise that before checking in, a public traffic ticket will be sent via email. Btw, the self-check-in process is quick and simple. It's indeed a good experience! My friend likes the hotel's breakfast very much. Five stars!

The location is excellent, within walking distance of Lake Geneva and right next to the Palais des Nations, home to many famous figures. However, as is typical of hotels I've stayed at, the facilities are indeed somewhat outdated, and cleanliness isn't always up to par, similar to other five-star hotels in China. Overall, it offers good value for money, and for a long-established five-star hotel, it's still worth recommending.

I went a day earlier to confirm my stay with the hotel. They couldn't find my booking. I showed them my confirmation on my phone. I was told that they can see my confirmation number but no payment was made by trip.com. They assured me that such has happened before and told me to be on the safe guard book another room as a standby. They assured me that they will not swipe my card until matter is resolved. That assurance made me check in. I kept coming to the front office every now and then and I was told it was resolved. Only on the last night I was told that by Trip.com of the error in the address. In the meantime the hotel had swiped my card. Surprisingly they did not honour the feedbacks I gave to Hotel Montana Geneve and Hotel Montana Zurich. There was no email to apologise for the oversight and delay in handling. I went to the hotel one day earlier to check, they could have attended to it and not confidently putting the blame on trip.com since there has been previous incidents where [ayment was not received. I thought Hotel Montana group could have handled this matter better. Quite disappointing.
