"Very, very close to the station literally right across the exit, the room size is actually not bad. I was given a room on the first floor, and I was concerning about whether if it’s gonna be allowed and no noisy… now I have been woke up in the middle of the night from jet lag, I would say the room is pretty quiet.
Might come back again if I need another transitional or layover overnight."

AAnonymous UserHad an amazing stay in Geneva! The hotel's location is absolutely perfect. The room was cozy and beautifully decorated, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable that I slept like a baby 😴. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices; the freshly baked bread and squeezed juice were simply delicious 🍞. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and they even helped us discover some great local hidden gems. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Geneva! 🏨✨

We felt the room did not match the photos on trip.com. A room with carpet and what looked like a terrace is in the pictures. We got a really old dated room without carpet and no balcony terrace.
The description of the hotel states amenities like dental kit, conditioner and there wasn’t anything. There wasn’t even any bottles of water in our room. The sliding door for the shower was broken.
The breakfast was really small and limited and of a very basic quality.
It was my girlfriend’s birthday and there was no mention or wish of a happy birthday.
This is only the second negative review I’ve left on trip.com out of 30+ hotel bookings in the last 1.5 years

GGuest UserWe like our stay in Hotel Kipling. The front desk staff were helpful, polite and kind. The hotel is very clean. The bathroom has a good amount of toiletries supplied. There were robe, slippers. Chocolates, water. The hotel staff sent the Free Guest travel pass 4 days before we check in so we were able to use it as soon as we arrived in the airport.

GGuest UserService was an area of major dissatisfaction. I felt uncomfortable and singled out during breakfast when a staff member, notably dressed in a blue-striped shirt, decided it was necessary to lecture me on how to use a spoon and fork at the buffet counter. This intrusive behavior was not only condescending but also culturally insensitive, especially towards the predominantly Asian guest demographic. Her constant supervision over my shoulder was unnecessary and unpleasant. You must pick up and return the serving spoon and fork to the exact same spot; otherwise, she will come over to watch you and place them back herself. Furthermore, the front desk staff lacked warmth and friendliness, their attitude falling disappointingly short of the hospitality one expects from such a highly-rated hotel.

The location of the hotel is good. Just 2 tram stop away from Cornavin Station. Walk 3 mins to Butini tram station, which can assess almost all the places of interests In Geneve.
Rooms are clean and staffs are helpful and friendly.
Highly recommened.

GGuest UserI was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. They never replied to my emails, which made communication frustrating. Parking was a real problem — their own lot was full, and I had to figure out on my own where the nearest parking was, driving around in circles twice before finding a spot. The room was in poor condition and the pillows were terrible.
On the positive side, the location is very convenient and the staff were polite and friendly. Unfortunately, the issues with parking, the room, and lack of communication made the overall experience far from comfortable.

The service attitude is exceptionally good, and having a small kitchen allows me to cook my own meals. It meets all my business travel needs. It has now become my go-to accommodation every year when I travel to Geneva for work.

But the kitchen, toilet and bathroom is on the floor that is convenient too.but we also had a douche cabin in our room. We had a big balcony. Receptionist was polite and friendly. Near reception there is a kitchen too where is a coffee machine standing. You can drink coffee or tea. Location is also good not far from the centre
