"Very, very close to the station literally right across the exit, the room size is actually not bad. I was given a room on the first floor, and I was concerning about whether if it’s gonna be allowed and no noisy… now I have been woke up in the middle of the night from jet lag, I would say the room is pretty quiet.

"The hotel is in a central location which is only a few minutes walk from the railway station and the old town where the cathedral and all the big luxury brands can be found. There are a lot of restaurants in its vicinity. The hotel is a bit old but very clean and comfortable. The room is spacious and sound proofing is excellent. The staff are extremely polite, welcoming, and accomodating. It's worth mentioning that the hotel's check in time is 1500 but we were given a room when we arrived at 1210. The gentleman and lady at the reception counter even gave us a city map and took several minutes telling us where to go. The two reception girls in the afternoon also showed us their welcoming smiles every time they saw us. When we called to request to have a kettle the hotel gave us not just a kettle but a whole lot of instant coffee and tea bags. Wow what a surprise to receive such excellent service in a small 4 star hotel! I highly recommend it to all travellers who want to receive exceptional service."

Had an amazing stay in Geneva! The hotel's location is absolutely perfect. The room was cozy and beautifully decorated, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable that I slept like a baby 😴. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices; the freshly baked bread and squeezed juice were simply delicious 🍞. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and they even helped us discover some great local hidden gems. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Geneva! 🏨✨

The hotel is very close to the airport and offers a convenient shuttle service. Getting to the city center is also easy, and they even provide a free transport card, making it perfect for a layover 👍. The well-equipped gym was a big plus for me, I really enjoyed it.
However, there were a couple of minor issues: the rooms in the annex building are a bit small; fitting a large suitcase can be a tight squeeze. This time, the bathroom power outlet was broken, and I initially thought the hairdryer was faulty 😂. Also, the main building, including the pool, is currently under renovation, and the front desk mentioned it's expected to be completed by September.

Guest UserWe arrived early at 9am and front desk staff is kind to allow check in upon checking there are rooms availabilty.
The location of the hotel is good. Just 2 tram stop away from Cornavin Station. Walk 3 mins to Butini tram station, which can assess almost all the places of interests In Geneve.
Rooms are clean and staffs are helpful and friendly.
Highly recommened.

Service was an area of major dissatisfaction. I felt uncomfortable and singled out during breakfast when a staff member, notably dressed in a blue-striped shirt, decided it was necessary to lecture me on how to use a spoon and fork at the buffet counter. This intrusive behavior was not only condescending but also culturally insensitive, especially towards the predominantly Asian guest demographic. Her constant supervision over my shoulder was unnecessary and unpleasant. You must pick up and return the serving spoon and fork to the exact same spot; otherwise, she will come over to watch you and place them back herself. Furthermore, the front desk staff lacked warmth and friendliness, their attitude falling disappointingly short of the hospitality one expects from such a highly-rated hotel.

IIIengThe hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the train station. There's a luggage lift in the lobby. The toilet is a separate room, and the shower and bathtub are in the same area. The room has plenty of charging points, air conditioning, and a small fridge. However, the water in the fridge was already opened when I checked in, so I didn't drink it. There's also a kettle and a coffee machine. A digital city transport card is provided upon check-in.

Given the high cost of living in Switzerland's second-largest city, the hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room amenities were quite complete, with slippers, toothpaste, and toothbrushes all provided. It was very convenient, very clean, and the room was quite large. The breakfast was the best I've had in Switzerland and Paris, with a particularly rich and delicious selection of fruit.

They also provide free public transport tickets during your stay, making getting around super easy. The balcony offers a fantastic view directly overlooking Lake Geneva's Jet d'Eau.

This hotel is closed to the Geneva International Convention Center that’s just within 10 minutes walking distance. Besides, there’s also bus routes such as bus no.8 that can go to the city centre for shopping and the lakeside to see the beautiful fountain. After finishing shopping and sightseeing in the city centre, it’s also okay to take the same bus no.8 to come back to the hotel.

Very well located, with many eateries around and just across the street of the train station which was very convenient for us. Room was decent, enough for a night stay but still pretty pricey. Hotel provides free public transport for foreigners so do remember to ask the reception as well :)
It was a little noisy as they were doing renovation works just during the day.
