"Very, very close to the station literally right across the exit, the room size is actually not bad. I was given a room on the first floor, and I was concerning about whether if it’s gonna be allowed and no noisy… now I have been woke up in the middle of the night from jet lag, I would say the room is pretty quiet.
Might come back again if I need another transitional or layover overnight."

Aurely BondyI had a great weekend in Geneva, and my stay at Appart-City Genève-Vernier-Aéroport went very well. The studio we had was perfect: cozy, well-arranged, and comfortable. The location is ideal, with shops nearby and very convenient public transportation to get around the city easily. The booking process was hassle-free, everything was very straightforward.
The only minor drawback was the room window: it doesn't open very easily, which makes ventilation a bit difficult and causes some odors to linger longer in the room. Other than that, everything was impeccable, and I genuinely loved my stay. I highly recommend this establishment!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is good —convenient and close to key attractions and amenities; however, the alleyway could feel a little dark and dodgy at late night. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, always happy to help when needed. Overall, a great experience, and I would gladly stay here again.

The hotel is very close to the airport and offers a convenient shuttle service. Getting to the city center is also easy, and they even provide a free transport card, making it perfect for a layover 👍. The well-equipped gym was a big plus for me, I really enjoyed it.
However, there were a couple of minor issues: the rooms in the annex building are a bit small; fitting a large suitcase can be a tight squeeze. This time, the bathroom power outlet was broken, and I initially thought the hairdryer was faulty 😂. Also, the main building, including the pool, is currently under renovation, and the front desk mentioned it's expected to be completed by September.

Service was an area of major dissatisfaction. I felt uncomfortable and singled out during breakfast when a staff member, notably dressed in a blue-striped shirt, decided it was necessary to lecture me on how to use a spoon and fork at the buffet counter. This intrusive behavior was not only condescending but also culturally insensitive, especially towards the predominantly Asian guest demographic. Her constant supervision over my shoulder was unnecessary and unpleasant. You must pick up and return the serving spoon and fork to the exact same spot; otherwise, she will come over to watch you and place them back herself. Furthermore, the front desk staff lacked warmth and friendliness, their attitude falling disappointingly short of the hospitality one expects from such a highly-rated hotel.

I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. They never replied to my emails, which made communication frustrating. Parking was a real problem — their own lot was full, and I had to figure out on my own where the nearest parking was, driving around in circles twice before finding a spot. The room was in poor condition and the pillows were terrible.
On the positive side, the location is very convenient and the staff were polite and friendly. Unfortunately, the issues with parking, the room, and lack of communication made the overall experience far from comfortable.

We had a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff, especially the lady at the counter, was exceptionally nice and provided great service. Overall, a fantastic experience.

This hotel is closed to the Geneva International Convention Center that’s just within 10 minutes walking distance. Besides, there’s also bus routes such as bus no.8 that can go to the city centre for shopping and the lakeside to see the beautiful fountain. After finishing shopping and sightseeing in the city centre, it’s also okay to take the same bus no.8 to come back to the hotel.

June Jan OctThere is a 24-hour reception. There is a good breakfast. If you do not want breakfast, there is a cafe outside to choose from. This accommodation is close to the train station 2 minutes. There are many restaurants to choose from around the hotel. You can walk to Lake Geneva 5 minutes from the hotel. It is convenient.

Come to run the Geneva Marathon, the history of the hotel is estimated to be larger than me, the location is about 1.2 kilometers from the beginning and end, the facilities are generally old, the price is very general.

The room was a reasonable size, not huge but big enough for a two-day stay.
The staff is polite and attentive.
