Excellent

This was my first solo trip, and the hotel I stayed at had exceptionally good service. The room was also very nice. They not only provided airport transfer but also picked me up from the high-speed rail station and took me to the hotel – excellent value for money! I mentioned I had trouble sleeping, and the owner thoughtfully arranged a room for me in a secluded spot with few other people around! Perfect service!

It was a very good stay. I stayed here with my family. They liked the environment very much. Drinking tea downstairs was also very interesting. The staff were very enthusiastic. The room was warm and comfortable, clean and tidy. I slept very well. I will stay here again next time I come to Xingsha!

The hotel is right next to the Congress Center and connected to it via a covered walkway. Great spacious rooms with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities. Everything is clean, neat, functional and has a stylish design. At first, the check-in did not go well due to a mistake by the receptionist, but the manager Victor did everything and even more so that this incident did not leave an unpleasant impression. The breakfast is not very varied. The pool on the 28th floor is excellent. Overall, the impression is good.

The room was big enough for 3 person. There is nearby metro station near the hotel which made it easy for us to go around. Plenty of food stalls, restaurants and groceries around so it is very convenient to eat. The checkin and checkout is also easy as they already use smart lock in their rooms. They just need to improve their customer service to know how they can help their guest. We tried to avail the taxi service that they offer by informing them in advance but we got the impression that they are not willing to help arrange for us. We just took taxi by ourselves near the bus station. Overall, we still enjoy our stay at Changsha.

Hotel is less than 2km from Huanghua Airport T2. However this is also the challenge as taxi driver refused to send. And the free pick up service from airport is not useful for foreigner as I tried to arrange before the travel but there was no reply from the hotel. Free service from hotel to airport should be no issue. Toilet blockage is also an issue. Other than the above negative sides, everything else are fine.

The boss was very polite. As soon as we arrived at the airport, he came to pick us up. It was very convenient. The room was very clean and the facilities and equipment in the room were quite complete, including a hair dryer, a kettle, and an air conditioner. My parents and I stayed here together, and they were very satisfied. It was mainly clean, sanitary and safe. Next time they come to Changsha, they said they would book this hotel again.

I reached the airport rather late, close to midnight, but still there was an airport pick up for me. If you are a foreigner, it's best to ask the waiting point, as you may not be able to make a call immediately touched down. It happened to me, luckily a local called the hotel on behalf & I was informed I should wait at Level 3 Gate 4, just look for the MPV with the hotel's name. The room is clean, they prepared the bottled water and toiletries. It's a quiet place that I can sleep well. The next day, I needed to head to another city by taxi early in the morning, I had a problem booking a taxi, the front desk lady 小王 was helpful to book for me & I reached my destination prior to the time. It was a pleasant stay for me, thank you.
