MMeiyoulianThe room is exactly like the picture, what you see is what you get, the whole room is filled with spring water, and it is only about 200 meters away from the opposite side of Dajin Lake.
The boss is very enthusiastic and provides breakfast in the morning. If you want to eat here at noon or evening, it is highly recommended. It is delicious and affordable, and the price is reasonable.

AAnonymous UserInitially booked a deluxe queen suite and Trip.com / hotel confirmed we could add a single bed. Upon arrival, hotel said they couldn't and changed us to a family suite even though they have rollaway beds available and the deluxe queen suite had ample space.
Room: Family suite is spacious but A/C took very long to warm up the room. Bathroom is open concept with clothing rack situated outside the shower closet which makes it inconvenient to dress/undress.
Breakfast buffet has a decent selection of Chinese dishes including a noodle station.
Location: Hotel is ＜10 min drive from train station and old town area which is quite convenient considering that most of the hotels that are walking distance from the old town are dated and undermaintained.

GGuest UserA very nice B&B. It was converted from a private duplex villa. It was recently renovated, so it still has a little wooden feel. The equipment inside is also very good, and there are many small items given that are very practical. The attitude of the store and the waiter was very good. We were almost over for the buffet breakfast. I asked if I could bring it over to wait for my family to come down. The waiter said that it was okay, as long as it was not wasted👏👍. The location of the B&B is very good. It is very close to the ancient city, a 5-minute walk away. There are many attractions in the ancient city, including Minzhu Street for dining, which are all very close to each other on foot.

The location is in the center of Shaxian County, in the center of Dongmen Old Street--even if you don't have time to visit Shaxian County, the way back to the hotel is enough to relax you. You have seen the main streets of Shaxian County! Dongmen Street at night is beyond the scope of the movie. You can imagine how great it feels to go back to the hotel right after shopping! WWunvshi888I'd been dreaming of visiting Guifeng Ancient Village for four or five years, all the way from northern Fujian to central Fujian. Finally, I made it! I hadn't checked hotels beforehand, but when we were almost there, we saw a B&B and chose it without hesitation. The service was fantastic, and I immediately called and joined the group chat to arrange everything. The drive up until 9 PM was like an adventure! The owner said he'd be waiting for me downstairs to take me on a small trail. Hahaha, I said, ”Don't worry, get in the car!” He joked, ”You sold me out and I didn't even know!” 😄 Then, after ten minutes of driving, wow! The ethereal scene before me captivated me! Then we were taken to Zhuangyuan Tower! In southern Fujian, there's a Mid-Autumn Festival tradition of playing the game of ”bo bing” (a card game)! I was immediately tempted to win! Zhuangyuan! 🏮! What captivated me most was that the room number I liked was the same as my phone number, 777. 🏮 Everything was perfect. 😌 This is truly a simple, peaceful village, devoid of any commercial atmosphere! It's even produced many celebrities! It's really a great place to produce talents! The Cai family ancestral hall of Chinese writers and calligraphers is here! The mountain road is long ~ it's really worth a visit! The boss lady and the boss are also very nice people. Their home is at the highest peak! Life is about climbing to the highest peak! See the best scenery🏮

MM.O.T.A.S around the worldGreat hotel close to all tourist sites in the area, quite and tranquil view of the river. They had no problems registering foreigners. rooms are spacious and clean, loved the cartoon feature for children. breakfast is what you would expect so far from big cities, tasty but more Chinese than western. Over all a very good stay, recommended if resting in the area before continuing your trip. So many different things to do around here you probably need more than 1 night.

There were prepared hot tea, fruit, tea set, drying racks, charging cables, etc. in the room, which was very convenient. The staff of the whole hotel are very good, and the contact is more Manager Yuan. Thank you Manager Yuan! Manager Yuan is very good, responsive, answering all questions! Thanks also to the master Jiang who picked us up to the train station, very enthusiastic! I had a lunch and buffet breakfast at the hotel. The buffet breakfast was very rich, the ingredients were fresh and the taste was great! We travel during the day, and we go to the gym to play table tennis, run at night, and have a blind box for supper to eat, praise! It is also very convenient to take a taxi to the surrounding scenic spots and counties, very satisfied! Next time I want to bring my parents to travel, I also live here!

GGuest UserA friend recommended this hotel, and overall, it was fantastic! The receptionist was very kind and gentle, and she upgraded our room for free. The facilities were complete and cozy, and the lake view from the balcony was amazing—so pleasant! The hotel staff were all very polite, always greeting us with a smile, even the chefs and room service staff. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming everywhere.
The buffet breakfast had a good variety of dishes, and the freshly ground coffee in the lobby bar was also excellent. At only 9.9 yuan, it was an absolute steal! [Thumbs up][Thumbs up][Thumbs up]

EEdwardOverall, the place met my expectations. It was a bit worn down, visible water damage in the shower, but nothing that looked gross or nasty to me. Overall, for what I paid, I was satisfied with it.
Breakfast was VERY underwhelming though. Don't expect much. It is very bare bones. Food is almost all gone around 8am and not replenished, so arrive by 7am-730am if you want anything to eat. But I'd recommend just getting food elsewhere.
Location is quite central to SanYuan District and is only a few minutes walk away from the riverside walkway/park.
