Guest UserFacilities: The room had two 1.5-meter beds that could be pushed together, which was perfect for our family traveling with two children. It also had a refrigerator, a balcony, and a separate wet/dry bathroom – the room's amenities were excellent.
Ambiance: The hotel is in a newly built and renovated building. The lobby is very grand and offers mountain views.
Service: Upon check-in, I realized they are part of the Hanting Group (like Home Inn), and this seems to be their upscale brand. Most guests here are climbing Mount Tai, and the front desk provides complimentary hiking poles, prayer ribbons, portable raincoats, and bottled water – a thoughtful 'four-piece set' for hikers. They were extremely well-prepared.
Cleanliness: The restaurant is integrated with Lu Cai Gen on the first floor. Breakfast was very rich, maintaining chain standards while also featuring local Tai'an specialties.
Overall, I was very satisfied. This was the best hotel we stayed at during our 6-day, 5-night trip to Shandong.

Hsin.CWe were thoroughly satisfied with everything: the facilities, cleanliness, ambiance, and service. The owner's family truly embodied the renowned hospitality of Shandong. Just as other reviews mentioned, the wontons made by the owner's mother were absolutely delicious, generously sized with plenty of filling, and excellent value for money. The only minor drawback was that we arrived during a heavy rainstorm, which resulted in the mountain being closed. We didn't hesitate to extend our stay, hoping for better weather tomorrow so we can finally take in the breathtaking panoramic views. (I didn't manage to take photos of the room from our first night, so I'm including two photos of our extended stay room.)

Great location! After hiking Mount Tai, I got to the hotel in a flash. There are plenty of food options nearby, so I had a satisfying meal. The water temperature in the hotel was perfect for a nice, refreshing shower. The hotel was quiet, and I slept soundly until morning. It's also very close to the high-speed train station, just a few minutes walk to get inside. What a wonderful trip!

The location is great, just a ten-minute drive from Tai'an Station. There's a shopping mall and an old street right next to the hotel with plenty of restaurants and snack options. The staff at the hotel lobby were very friendly and helpful, answering all my questions. The breakfast was rich and varied. I was also able to store my luggage while hiking Mount Tai and pick it up after I was done. Everything was perfect except for one thing: there's always a truck parked in front of the hotel entrance, making it impossible for ride-sharing services with luggage to pull up directly to the door. Guests have to get out nearby and drag their luggage in themselves, which was the case both when I arrived and when I left. It seems like this truck is permanently parked there. I don't understand why the hotel entrance, designed for guests with luggage, isn't kept clear for easy drop-off and pick-up. I'm docking one point for this and hope the hotel can improve it! Otherwise, the hotel is really great and I highly recommend staying here!

I was incredibly lucky to book a room during the peony blooming season. The moment I entered the courtyard, I was greeted by the intoxicating fragrance of flowers. The design and arrangement of the courtyard's small bridge, flowing water, and greenery were truly delightful. The service was excellent; the receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming. While the breakfast wasn't extensive, it was delicious, and it was the energy that sustained me through my 7-hour hike up and down the mountain. The hotel environment is very tranquil, and it's very close to the Lihongmen trailhead—only 18 minutes from the ticket gate—a perfect warm-up after breakfast. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the experience and highly recommend staying at the courtyard in mid-April; it truly is a garden bursting with the fragrance of flowers!

I am very grateful to the hotel front desk staff for their warm service, and to the hotel kitchen chef for preparing a rich breakfast for us, which made us feel at home while on a business trip. If we have the opportunity to come to beautiful Xintai, we will definitely visit this warm hotel again.

Guest UserThe location is indeed quite convenient, and the environment is decent. As for the facilities, they're just okay – the first ten seconds of water from the bathtub faucet were rusty red. My biggest complaint, however, is about their 'free shuttle service.' If you don't offer it, don't advertise it. If you do, then actually provide it. I booked twice. The first time, they said the driver had finished for the day. The second time, they claimed they couldn't pick me up due to weather conditions. Is bad weather really an excuse? Do your drivers only operate electric vehicles or something?

BeibeixiaoguidangjiaThe B&B was a surprise. It is located by the water. The scenery is pleasant, quiet and warm. The room is comfortable and spacious. The boss gave me fruits. There is a large bathtub and a disposable bathtub cover is provided, so I took a nice soak. Breakfast is a fixed set meal, which includes boiled eggs, milk, grilled sausages, custard buns, rice porridge, stir-fried vegetables, pickles and noodles. If it is not enough, you can add more. The next day, they also made egg fried rice at our request, which was very considerate. The chef is very capable, and all the dishes he ordered taste great. I like the prawns braised with cabbage, beans braised with pork ribs, and hand-shredded cabbage. It's right next to the bus stop, and you can take the mountain bus in 10 minutes' walk.

The hotel is very new and the facilities are very good. It is possible that they did not estimate the capacity to receive guests at one time before the trial operation, and the equipment was not debugged at full capacity, resulting in insufficient staff. We checked in at 2:30 but entered the room at 5:00. Moreover, the next morning, the shower gel had run out of water, which caused chaos. The front desk did not answer the phone and there was no emergency measures when we went to look for them. They just said sorry, which is really wrong. Moreover, when faced with questioning, the front desk clerk became annoyed and said that she couldn't communicate with her and asked to contact her leader. In the end, it was the store manager who came forward to resolve the issue, and the store manager handled it relatively promptly. The first experience was not good.

Pros: Nice environment, clean and tidy rooms; Very close to Hongmen, only a five or six-minute walk, convenient for hiking; The landlady is very friendly and proactive in resolving issues; Cons: Poor soundproofing; sounds from the lobby can be clearly heard from the first-floor room, waking me up around midnight; Limited hot water supply; barely enough for one person to shower at a time, requiring a long interval between showers for two people; Poor communication between the landlady and others; items that were agreed upon and placed in the refrigerator were all thrown away.
