Anonymous UserFirst time visiting Mount Tai! I saw someone online recommend the Ramada, saying it's perfect for families with kids, especially with the 'Cute Pet Park' where you can get food from the front desk to feed the animals. When we checked in, we got a free upgrade to a larger, more comfortable mountain-view room in Building B, which had a bathtub, fridge, and sofa. Bottled water was readily available in the hallways. The hotel also provides free shuttle service to Tianwai Village and even complimentary hiking poles, getting us there in just a few minutes. The hotel is pretty much halfway up the mountain, and right across the road, there's a local favorite, 'Lao Ma Shui Jiao' (Old Ma's Dumplings), which is delicious and great value for money. Mount Tai was amazing, and we had a very comfortable stay!

Guest UserWe chose a family suite at the Baolong Hotel for our May Day trip to Mount Tai, and it was excellent, exceeding our expectations! The environment and service were five-star, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered beautiful views, and the extra-large bathroom with a bathtub was fantastic! Xiao Chai at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful!

Guest UserThe overall decor and layout are pretty standard for a Wanda or R&F hotel, and the location is fantastic, right next to Wanda Plaza, making it super convenient for dining and shopping.
I do want to mention a small incident: When I checked in, my phone was dead, and the front desk asked for a deposit. I explained I couldn't pay it at that moment and asked if it could be waived, as many hotels nowadays don't require a deposit. I understand hotel procedures, but the front desk agent suggested I could just remove all the consumables from the room instead! Honestly, many hotels offer complimentary minibars, and often even if you drink something, they don't charge you for it. So, in all my years of staying in hotels, I've never encountered such a request! About an hour later, I went downstairs and paid the 500 deposit.
But what really made me want to bring this up in my review is that when I felt unwell in the early hours and wanted a carbonated drink, I opened the minibar only to find just two free bottles of water, despite a drink price list clearly being on the table! I was too tired and uncomfortable to specifically call for a drink to be brought to the room then. When I checked out, the front desk confirmed that rooms on the 27th floor don't have minibar drinks. Okay, so two points:
1. If I was intentionally placed on a floor without minibar drinks because I initially didn't pay a deposit, I find that practice very confusing and unsettling. And if that's the case, shouldn't they have restocked it after I paid the deposit?
2. If it was an unintentional arrangement, then why does the hotel have specific floors without minibars? Is that fair treatment?
This one issue really soured my experience, preventing me from giving a full five-star rating.

Guest UserLocation: It's conveniently located near Nantianmen and Taohuayuan Cableway, perfect for travelers to rest after arriving at Nantianmen, and also great for visiting Tianjie and Yuhuangding, or for heading down the mountain via Taohuayuan Cableway.
Environment: Rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy at night, as many tourists camp out on the streets, leading to continuous sounds throughout the night. Inner courtyard rooms should be quieter, but naturally, the price will be different.
Food: For a mountaintop establishment, the food is quite good. The breakfast voucher is 20 yuan per person. The fried dough sticks and fried buns are delicious, and the soy milk is also very good. However, if you like eggs, be aware that each person is limited to one egg for breakfast, while other items are unlimited.
Facilities: Given the limited conditions on the mountaintop, the hot water pressure is very low, making showers not very enjoyable. The floor drain in the bathroom has a rather strong odor, which is understandable given the mountaintop location.
Service: Excellent. The rented overcoat had an odor, and they swapped it out without a word. They also take guests to watch the sunrise in the morning.
