Guest UserThe staff will be very patient when they play, and also help with luggage storage. If you have any questions, you will be on call. The rooms are cleaned very seriously. The hygiene is particularly in place. The service is warm, not perfunctory, and the price is very high. It is especially worry-free. I will choose here next time I travel.

TiangengBack to Shanghai, I chose the Vienna Hotel to stay in Taixing. The hotel is at the intersection. The location is excellent. The parking is convenient. The room is spacious and bright. The facilities are perfect. The clean and tidy environment is good. The soundproofing is good. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The front desk is very good. Warm and posted. Xin Hotel front desk also helped express my brother's missing coat. Thank you very much 🙏

The service attitude of the lady at the front desk was very good. I arrived at 1:30 in the morning and took the initiative to bring breakfast. I could have scored five points, but one point was deducted from the hotel square property. Construction started at 7 o'clock in the morning. I couldn't sleep at all, so I called the front desk. After the construction was stopped, I was overall satisfied, with high cost performance and plenty of parking spaces.

The stay experience exceeded expectations! The front desk staff was warm and warm. The room hygiene is very good, clean and comfortable, and the details are full. Anonymous UserThe hotel is close to Zhangji Baozi and Renhe Du. The hotel parking lot is large and free, and the surrounding area is quiet. There's a hot spring pool downstairs, so you can take a bath and go straight to your room for a relaxing sleep. Xiao Zhao at the front desk provided excellent service.

The boss is enthusiastic and helpful, and responds promptly to the reasonable requests of the guests. The core facilities such as beds, air conditioning, TV, private bathrooms should be complete and can be used normally.

They can order food in the hotel, it is really convenient for business trips. You can eat much better outside. The reception manager is a male manager with a gentle smile. He took the initiative to introduce us a lot. He was very enthusiastic about asking customer feedback. The overall is very good. The hotel environment is quiet and clean.
