MM265441****The hotel has a good location and is very convenient for getting around, but there was construction going on next door, starting promptly at 7 a.m. The clanging and banging of steel pipes was extremely loud, and the staff didn't warn me when I checked in. If I had known, I definitely wouldn't have chosen this hotel. The breakfast selection was quite good, and the taste was decent as well.

The front desk receptionist was polite and enthusiastic, the room was comfortable, and the overall design was simple and generous. The variety of breakfast is rich and the taste is good, which makes people feel very satisfied. However, the soundproofing of the room is slightly poor, and the sound from the adjacent room can be heard clearly. I hope the hotel can improve the soundproofing and enhance the accommodation experience.

I was completely won over by a small detail that made me feel incredibly safe and comfortable: a green bag filled with toiletries, and a box with dental kits and other amenities, all neatly arranged. The disposable slippers were far superior to the usual flimsy ones you find. It's those little details that bring joy, you know? If you don't, then you simply must stay here and experience it for yourself. My satisfaction level is through the roof! 🈵

GGuest UserGot a room with a view to the river. Is near the old parts of the city and walking distance to Qilou. Room is clean and bright, quiet and big enough for 2 big bags. Reception staff are courteous and polite. Breakfast is very simple. No coffee though. A few metres away is a Lao Pa Cha shop. Can try out their breakfast/lunch there. Good old hainanese coffeeshop. Will probably stay again there

GGuest UserFirst of all, the location is very advantageous. You can see the sea from the balcony, and the rocket launch pad is on the right (unfortunately, we didn't catch the rocket launch). In fact, there is no need to go to other scenic spots. It takes five minutes to drive to the seaside that can be seen from the balcony. The scenery is very good. The house is in a community, which is quite quiet (it may be that there are fewer people in the off-season during summer vacation). There is no charge for parking in the community, and the tram charging goes outside the community, which is a five-minute walk. It is very suitable for a family trip. There is a kitchen where you can cook your own meals. Decoration is home decoration, not a fancy hotel, so you should pay attention to this.

MM18365****The apartment looks exactly like the photos online. There's a supermarket right outside the complex, and plenty of restaurants nearby, which is really convenient. The bus stop is also close by, making it easy to get around. The host was very friendly and welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

GGuest UserIn wenchang,this is considered a newer hotel. The breakfast spread is good. But has to make sure that when you check out,the front desk has done it well as we encountered problem when we check in another hotel in sanya and discovered that the city comfort hotel staff didn't check out for us through their computer so we couldn't check in into another hotel in sanya until we called them to do so. Wasted quite a bit of time for them to do so on the phone.

MMarnaInChinaAijing International Hotel in Wenchang 2024/02/06-08 Front desk not really helpful. Just want you to go as it was the whole time ”OK, OK...” and ”I'll take you to your room”... But no help with luggage, nor an answer if the kitchen would have something for me to eat... I sent my list of allergies (gluten, dairy, egg, honey and soy) to the hotel's wechat the evening so that they could give it to the kitchen... First room: The fridge was not cold. Bathroom floor wet and entrance floor dirty 😰 The manager came and was friendly and helpful. He helped me with my luggage to another room 8505, which was larger. Here the fridge was also not really making cold and switched off when going out. They couldn't give an extra card for electricity. In the morning the manager showed me the different food at the buffet that I could eat, but I never received the pork etc, he promised the previous evening, for breakfast nor answered my message when I asked if I should wait for it... For breakfast I could eat the fruit and in a steam basket a piece of corn-on-the-cob, sweet potato, yam and taro. They also had corn flakes. Interesting they had 3 milk options: cow milk, soy milk and coconut milk... The second evening I spent an hour on Wechat with reception to find out if the kitchen could prepare something for me with my allergies - I did give it the previous evening.... Then I went for a walk on the beach... When I came back, they hadn't prepared the fish! The manager gave me a coconut with a straw to drink the juice... So I only wasted my time to find out if they could prepare something - I did give them my list in Chinese of what I cannot eat...😰 Luckily I always have some food with me... The fish tanks are outside the dining room so you can choose your fish fresh.... As in most places in China 😊 Swimming pool was empty. Good comfortable beds. Down duvets. Nice spacious room with little balcony, but balcony has a concrete wall, not glass to see through... From the premises you go directly onto the beach! Very nice quiet environment away from the crowds! After the fireworks at 21:00 the outside lights were switched off and then you only hear the sea... If you do not have transport, it is a bit far, but if you want to go and rest for a few days, away from crowds, then this is a good place 😎🤠🌻🏝️🏖️ Thete are charging facilities for electric cars... @
