The sanitation of the room is OK, the mattress is soft and hard, and the quilt is a bit thinner (the temperature on the day we stayed was low). There is a supermarket around the hotel and it is very convenient to eat. The room we booked should be on the 2nd floor. The front desk gave it to the first floor. There was a block in front of the window. I felt uncomfortable and asked to change the high-rise room. The front desk explained that no one lived around our room and slept quietly at night. I thought about it anyway. I want to sleep well for one night. Who thought that at night, there were people living around our room and for some reason, there were always people coming out and closing the door. It was really noisy, and the saliva was not good all night.

The hotel was in perfect condition, the rooms were fantastic and the service and reception were very nice and pleasant. Thank you for your hard work!

We drove through the Taihang Mountains in the three provinces of Hebei, Henan and Shanxi, and stayed at Xingtai Wanfeng Hotel at the last stop. The reception was warm, the hotel hardware and software were very good, the rooms were large, the temperature was suitable, the hygiene was good, the beds were of good quality, they also provided midnight snacks, the services were thoughtful, and the swimming pool was in good condition... It helped the travelers to get rid of their travel fatigue.

The hotel front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel's location is super convenient for getting around. Highly recommend!

The Layout of the hotel was quite confusing at the beginning, but you get the hang out of it very quick. Beatiful infinety Pool and big gym and workoutspace. We had a great experiance with everithing. One negative point is, that we had to figure out eating times, location and menue of the food our own. With multiple trips to the reseption to ask. We could've been told when we checked in or even on a flyer with the different options and the times when food will be served. Appart from the food confusion, we were very happy with this hotel.

A Peaceful Stay in a Beautiful Setting I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and clean - everything a traveler could ask for when looking for a place to unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle. What really made my stay special, though, was the warm and genuine hospitality. The staff, and especially the General Manager (GM), make me feel welcome and at home. If I find myself in this area again, I will absolutely return. Highly recommended!

Very distinctive homestay~ We live in the uncle's house~ There is a big terrace on the second floor~ Standing on the terrace and looking around~ It's really not bad~ Hahaha~ It’s not that I didn’t spend money~ I booked it late~ There was basically no room~ I didn’t have to choose~ What is it? The room is large~ Long shape~ The decoration is also heart-warming~ There are heart scriptures on the table~ Sam's biscuits~ There are a few small problems. 1. Service needs to be improved: the homestay is in the scenic area, so the homestay needs to communicate with the ticketing at the door in advance to provide information, so that the name can be reported directly at the door and the ticket can be picked up. I called the homestay one day in advance. On the morning of the check-in day, the homestay also contacted me to confirm the approximate time, but when I arrived at the door, the ticketing inquiry did not have any information from me. Contact again, ten minutes before and after, I got the ticket. 2. Breakfast is only available at 8 o'clock in the morning. Too inhumane. I mentioned, can it be early so late? When I am air! ! ! 3. There is a problem with the design of the bathroom space. Sitting on the toilet, the door is super awkward, and the distance between the toilet and the door is too short; 4. Shower hot water is a water heater supply. If there is a lot of water, the heating is slow, and the follow-up hot water supply is a bit problematic.
