GGuest UserThe service provided by Yingying at the front desk was very good. The check-in procedure was efficient and quick. There is also a business area in the lobby where you can work and print documents, which is very convenient. You will inevitably have clothes to wash during your trip, and it is very convenient to wash and dry them. The toiletries in the guest rooms are all branded, super easy to use and fragrant. I am very satisfied with this hotel!

GGuest UserThe sanitation of the room is OK, the mattress is soft and hard, and the quilt is a bit thinner (the temperature on the day we stayed was low). There is a supermarket around the hotel and it is very convenient to eat. The room we booked should be on the 2nd floor. The front desk gave it to the first floor. There was a block in front of the window. I felt uncomfortable and asked to change the high-rise room. The front desk explained that no one lived around our room and slept quietly at night. I thought about it anyway. I want to sleep well for one night. Who thought that at night, there were people living around our room and for some reason, there were always people coming out and closing the door. It was really noisy, and the saliva was not good all night.

The floor of the room we booked when we checked in was under construction, and the hotel upgraded it to a zero-pressure room for free. The hotel's buffet is also very delicious, with a wide variety of food and good taste. When I left, I accidentally left a data cable behind, and the hotel called to ask about it, which was very considerate. Very good living experience, next time I come to Xingtai, I will book Wanfeng👍

The breakfast buffet is a great convenience. The staff are polite and attentive, and the front desk even thoughtfully provided information on nearby restaurants and routes. The laundry room with its drying function is incredibly practical, making laundry hassle-free. Free luggage storage is a great convenience, and the smart guest room control system is very user-friendly. The underfloor heating is very warm and cozy. Best of all, they support late check-out, so you don't have to rush if you're catching a high-speed train. A perfect stay! The hotel environment is elegant, the staff are courteous and attentive, and the complimentary minibar made the whole family feel comfortable.

GGuest UserThe Layout of the hotel was quite confusing at the beginning, but you get the hang out of it very quick.
Beatiful infinety Pool and big gym and workoutspace.
We had a great experiance with everithing.
One negative point is, that we had to figure out eating times, location and menue of the food our own. With multiple trips to the reseption to ask. We could've been told when we checked in or even on a flyer with the different options and the times when food will be served.
Appart from the food confusion, we were very happy with this hotel.

First: The location is excellent, parking is very, very convenient (free)
Second: The hotel lobby is spacious and grand, the front desk lady's service is excellent, there is a treasure box, free tea
Third: It is a high-end hotel, the room is spacious and grand, the sanitation is also very clean, the room lady is also very enthusiastic
Fourth: There are more samples of breakfast on the second floor
This stay experience is very good, next time I come to Pingxiang, I will definitely stay at Qianjin Hotel

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel.
The rooms are spacious, quiet, and clean - everything a traveler could ask for when looking for a place to unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle.
What really made my stay special, though, was the warm and genuine hospitality. The staff, and especially the General Manager (GM), make me feel welcome and at home.
If I find myself in this area again, I will absolutely return. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe service is very good, the reply is very fast, any problems will be solved immediately, super worry-free. It is very close to Yingtan Ancient Village, only 5 minutes walk, and it is super convenient to go out and play! Living comfortably and conveniently, but my technology, I couldn't take the beauty here, and I will come back next time I bring my family.
