Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful . Breakfast buffet was good. The dining staff were very accommodating to my dietary requests… The hotel overall is very clean. They have a laundry room with two washers & two dryers. Availability of the laundry machines can be checked from the room TV monitor which ia very convenient. Lots of nice restaurants and coffee shops are around including a KFC next door 😉 Will definitely recommend and will come back and stay if coming to town again.

The hotel chain is trustworthy. Long-distance crossing, do not want to enter the big city, choose here according to Ctrip recommendation, the experience is very good. The room is small, but clean, the whole house is smart, the WiFi speed is very fast, the bed is moderately hard and soft, and the pillow height is comfortable. The reception desk received the little beauty service warmly, and the surrounding food introduced was also very satisfied. It is highly recommended to stay here.

The room is very spacious with a great view and well-equipped. The location is a bit further north but still within the city, making it convenient to get anywhere. The staff are all professional and friendly. Breakfast offers a wide selection of both Chinese and Western options. Plus, there's a thoughtful late-night snack service. It's one of the highest-end hotels in Xingtai city.

A Peaceful Stay in a Beautiful Setting I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and clean - everything a traveler could ask for when looking for a place to unwind and escape from the hustle and bustle. What really made my stay special, though, was the warm and genuine hospitality. The staff, and especially the General Manager (GM), make me feel welcome and at home. If I find myself in this area again, I will absolutely return. Highly recommended!

A very unique guesthouse! We stayed at my uncle's place. There's a large terrace on the second floor. Standing on the terrace and looking around, it was really nice! Haha, you get what you pay for! I booked late, so there were basically no rooms available. I had no choice but to book whatever was left. The room was large, long and narrow, and the decor was thoughtful. There was a Heart Sutra on the table, and Sam's Cookies. A few minor issues though: 1. Service needs improvement: The guesthouse is located within the scenic area, so it needs to communicate with the ticket office at the entrance in advance to provide information. This way, you can just give your name at the entrance and pick up your tickets. I called the guesthouse the day before, and they also contacted me on the morning of my check-in to confirm my approximate arrival time. However, when I arrived at the entrance, the ticket office had no record of me. I had to contact them again, and it took about ten minutes to finally get my tickets. 2. Breakfast wasn't served until 8 AM. So inconsiderate! I mentioned it was so late, could they serve it earlier? They treated me like I wasn't there! 3. The bathroom layout is problematic; sitting on the toilet with the door closed feels extremely cramped, and the distance between the toilet and the door is too short. 4. The shower hot water is supplied by a water heater. If a large amount of water is used, the water heats up slowly, leading to potential issues with the subsequent hot water supply.

The Layout of the hotel was quite confusing at the beginning, but you get the hang out of it very quick. Beatiful infinety Pool and big gym and workoutspace. We had a great experiance with everithing. One negative point is, that we had to figure out eating times, location and menue of the food our own. With multiple trips to the reseption to ask. We could've been told when we checked in or even on a flyer with the different options and the times when food will be served. Appart from the food confusion, we were very happy with this hotel.

Reception lady staff is very helpful even if we don't know chinese language they respect our language and try to understand us. if we ask for some small help they help us from there heart.
