The hotel is located just next to Dong Guang Street and by the river (for canal cruise). It is very convenient. The staff are all super friendly and we got some herbal tea and coffee while we were waiting for our rooms to be ready. The decoration is quite modern and I like the smart partitioning of functions in the hotel room which has a smaller area than one of typical western brands. Breakfast is quite delightful with combination of local and western selections. The hotel does offer a good Mercure user experience with a super energetic service team. Thanks and cheers!

Best location if you wanted to visit Slender Lake as the entrance is just across the road. There are restaurants to the left of the resort as well if opting to dine out. The resort is quite big, with separate buildings housing different types of rooms. Well catered for families with kids. We got the room with a hot spring inside so we didn’t visit the public one.

The hotel has good service and good breakfast with so many options to choose from. The staff was also nice and managed to assist me with check-in as I arrived at the hotel too early. I'd definitely visit this hotel again in the future.

Great location, nice and clean room, guest laundry adds extra convenience. There are a few well known local specialty restaurants nearby, all witin 5 mins walk. The 24 hour restaurant in the corner is also highly recommended. Hotel is very reasonably priced, it exceeded all our expectations. On checkout, we even received a gift from the hotel. Love it.

I've been to Yangzhou several times for business reasons but by far my stay at this hotel has been the best. The hotel is quite new and has great facilities. The rooms are big and perfect for working and the breakfast buffet and fitness room are great additions. I want to make a very special remark on the outstanding customer care service delivered by Miss.Nancy ( the front desk manager). Her top quality help provided in order to overtake all the language barriers has made our business trip the most comfortable one so far. We will have to go back Yangzhou in the future again and from now on this hotel is going to be our first choice for sure.

The hotel is very close to the Slender West Lake, Pishi Street, Guandong Street, and it is convenient to take a taxi. The hotel also upgraded the room type when I checked in, which was a very good experience. The hotel's rooms are spacious and clean. I often stay in Hampton, and the service is very good. The bathroom in the guest room is also clean, and I especially praise Liu Hongmei, Huang Lihua, and Dong Baiqing. In addition, No. 59 at the front desk helped me upgrade the room before checking in, and gave me 3 bottles of drinks when I arrived. Although it was a small matter, it felt that the service was in place and the needs of the guests were regarded as very important. The hotel's restaurant is high and overlooks the nearby Slender West Lake. It is also a very good experience to have breakfast in this restaurant, and the variety of breakfast is also rich. It is very correct to choose Hampton this time, and I will choose it next time if I have the opportunity.
