GGuest UserI like it very much, and I rarely write reviews, so I decided to write a review to provide a channel for everyone to understand. I saw on Ctrip before that the prices of Yangzhou Wuyi Hotel are flying high. Even far away places cost about 1,000. This price may seem expensive at first, but it is still okay after comparing all aspects. I used to stay in chain hotels and didn’t believe in folk inns, but after seeing it online, I couldn’t forget it. I thought it was a super interesting inn, so I decided to book it.
Location: Pi Shi Street, 200 meters from Guangling Youyan, 200 meters from Pi Shi Street, about 1 kilometer from Dongguan Street, and about 300 meters from Heyuan. Overall, the attractions are all around, so you can come back to rest after a while and go out again. It only takes about 20 minutes to walk to Wenchang Pavilion. Looking down from the hotel, there are classical houses, which are very beautiful.
Environment: The room is quite big, with a simple wooden table and bed, Dyson air purifier, Dyson hair dryer, tea, snacks, and a small music box. There are many customized and unique little things. I am the type who eats, drinks, and lies down when I arrive at a place. I feel comfortable lying here for two days.
Others: There are not many rooms in the hotel, so it is also very quiet, and breakfast is provided. There is a large hall where you can drink coffee, tea, play the piano, and watch projections. The store also made a guide to the surrounding delicious places. When you leave, you can also prepare small specialties and a custom canvas bag. There is also a loft with sofas, flowers, and telescopes. You can enjoy the scenery in the loft and feel the style of the old city of Yangzhou. Although the surrounding navigation is all red, you can feel the slow life of Yangzhou here. ps: It is next to the fire station, which makes you feel safe, hahaha.

GGuest UserFirst of all, the location is superb, right on Pishi Street, with plenty of great food and shopping options right outside. Geyuan Garden and Heyuan Garden are within walking distance, making it convenient to go anywhere. Parking is convenient and free for those driving. The owners, a chubby young man and his wife, are very kind and even offered to add an extra bed for my child, making it very comfortable. The three cats that manage the shop are quiet and friendly, which my child absolutely adores. There's also a myna bird on the third-floor terrace that says ”hello.” The coffee in the lobby is delicious and fragrant, perfect for children to do their homework and play at the same time. The rooms are clean and tidy, and toiletries and even toner are provided. They also have Muji Dyson white tea and cinnamon tea, which is quite tasteful. The staff doesn't ask for good reviews and even gave us a little surprise before we left, showing great care. I hope they maintain this level of attention; I've already recommended it to my friends.

Facilities: The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable with two large pillows, perfect for watching TV.
Environment: The environment was clean and hygienic, and the view from the window was great; you could see the Grand Canal directly.
Service: The hotel staff were all very enthusiastic and provided exceptionally thoughtful service. My child wasn't feeling well in the middle of the night, and we troubled customer service to help change the bedding, which we truly appreciate. The breakfast had a rich variety and tasted great. Thumbs up for the Yangchun noodles!👍🏻

GGuest UserFantastic! This is by far the most satisfying hotel I've stayed in during my recent travels.
It truly enhanced my Yangzhou trip.
The hotel's common areas are very distinctive, and our room had a small courtyard outside. It was incredibly comfortable to sit there, soak up the sun, chat, and have a drink.
The service was also excellent. They upgraded our room and even gave us local yogurt from Yangzhou University upon arrival. When we checked out, they gave us an aromatherapy sachet as a souvenir.
Special thanks to the front desk lady who helped me bring my takeout to the room late at night. She was so sweet and very nice.
The breakfast was delicious too, with a wide variety of options. It was a great way to experience Yangzhou's morning tea culture.
I was initially worried about soundproofing, but it turned out to be fine. My husband and I both slept very well. The only regret is that we didn't have time to enjoy the complimentary afternoon tea.
I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Yangzhou!

My stay at the Yitel Hotel Experience Store in Yangzhou completely redefined my understanding of hotel service. I was touched by their warmth throughout my entire visit, and I sincerely recommend it to anyone visiting Yangzhou!
From check-in to check-out, every single staff member – security, front desk, F&B, housekeeping, and engineering – was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Everyone greeted me with a smile and a proactive hello. It's clear that everyone enjoys their work, which speaks volumes about the effective management and how well the owner treats their employees, fostering such a warm team!
The butler-style service was outstanding. Messages were replied to instantly, and requests were met immediately. Whether it was a small matter or something unexpected, everything was handled perfectly, with more care than even family members would provide. The room details were impeccable, clean, comfortable, and with high-quality amenities, ensuring a truly peaceful stay. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious, leaving me fully satisfied.
The value for money was unbelievably high; the experience far surpassed many five-star hotels! The location is great, the service is excellent, the environment is wonderful, and the food is fantastic. There were no complaints at all, only pleasant surprises. Staying here in Yangzhou was stress-free, comfortable, and reassuring. I've already recommended it to all my friends and family planning to visit Yangzhou – you can't go wrong with this choice!

MM527425****Very good experience, the front desk lady is very enthusiastic to arrange a parking space for us, and also helped us upgrade the room type. Several times, I passed by and saw that the aunt cleaned the next room for a long time, very careful.
Next door is Jiang's former residence, very close to the most lively Dongguan Street and Pishi Street, it is also very convenient to buy tea, and it is also very convenient to go to the Slender West Lake. It is not noisy to the downtown area.
Finally, we left a small bag in the storage cabinet, and the front desk lady did not bother to help us find the courier to send us back.
If you have the opportunity to come to Yangzhou again, you will choose here, it is really great!

TTim Captures MomentsWe stayed here for one night at the start of our Yangzhou trip to enjoy the hot springs, and overall it was a mixed but pleasant experience.
The room was large and spacious, which we appreciated, but it didn’t feel especially comfortable or cosy compared to other hotels we stayed at later in the trip. The layout felt more functional than relaxing.
One important thing to note is the private hot spring attached to the room. While it sounds great in theory, in our case it was located close to a road and not very private, with limited screening. The shower area was also visible from outside, which made it feel a bit awkward to use and reduced the sense of privacy we were expecting.
That said, the service was excellent. Staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive, which made a positive difference to the stay.
The location is very nice, especially if you enjoy walking. The hotel is close to Slender West Lake, with its beautiful old bridges, pathways, and water crossings — very pleasant for a slow walk. We also enjoyed having tea by the lake, although it was a long walk from the hotel.
Breakfast offered a good variety, but most items didn’t feel very fresh. The coffee, unfortunately, was among the worst we’ve had — definitely not one for coffee lovers (said with a smile 😄).
Overall, this is a good option if your priority is hot springs, walking access to the park, and attentive service, but it may not suit travellers who value privacy, comfort, or a more refined in-room hot spring experience.

It was very far from town and we could not get a Didi to come there so we had to take a bus to go to splendid west lake. I booked a room that said it came with free flow mini bar, fishing, biking and entry into the wetlands. There was no minibar and when I asked, they brought us two bags of chips and sodas. This is not what I call free flow or a bar. I complained to trip and they eventually sent us a bottle of wine. I never received any info about the fishing or biking, even though I asked. There is no entry fee to the wetlands so I’m not sure why they put this as a perk. Also, the bar out front was closed and the lobby bar only had fruit beer. There was a sign with 20 drinks listed but everything was out. The restaurant was amazing and the most positive experience. Great food and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was awesome. The restaurant had beverages but they do not open until 6 PM. I would not stay here again based on my experience.

When booking a room, I thought about getting closer to the starting point and finding this hotel. The unexpected stay experience made us feel what it is to be at home! The staff's service is warm and thoughtful, and the fruit and competition refueling package are specially presented! The hotel is fully equipped and the rooms are elegantly decorated. Because the marathon starts early, the hotel also serves breakfast in advance, and the breakfast category is quite rich! The hotel even provided a shuttle bus to send us to the starting point! After running back, I ate directly at the restaurant on the second floor of the hotel. Huaiyang specialties were very delicious! Thank you very much for the thoughtful service of the hotel staff to let me go smoothly in Yangma PB! Next time I come to Yangzhou, I will choose Mingfa Hotel!
