This is my second time staying at this B&B. Let me tell you about my experience. [Public Area Style] The decoration style of this B&B is both modern and classical. It combines Chinese and Japanese aesthetics. Whether it is the handrail design of the stairs, the color and material of the walls, or the long tables and chairs and lamps in the restaurant, they are all full of unique creativity. [Room Style] The room is not big, the layout is compact, and the dry and wet areas are separated. There is a big bed facing the window. The room on the 4th floor overlooks Fuxian Lake and also has an angle to watch the sunrise and sunset. The room is clean and tidy, with warm tones, and it feels like home. [Talk about coffee] The store has latte and Americano. The boss recommended the tamarind latte. It is not the kind of strong taste that can be tasted as soon as you drink it. Instead, it has a slightly sour and sweet feeling. It tastes very good. [Talk about the boss] The boss is very enthusiastic, good-looking, and has good clothes. It can be said that the store is like the person, and the person is like the store. Not only can he recommend fun places, but he is also very good at playing games. It turns out that he is a game engineer. I am sorry. [Finally, let me talk about the location] The homestay is on the north bank of Fuxian Lake, close to Kunming and Chengjiang City. It is about 1 kilometer away from the Fuxian Lake. It is a ten-minute walk through a small wetland park in front, which is also very convenient.

The hotel is located in Yanhe Town, Yuxi. It's considered a pretty good hotel. The rooms are comfortable, with separate wet and dry areas, and the environment is nice. The service is very warm and welcoming. There's a shared washing machine, which is very convenient. The breakfast rice noodles are delicious. I like this place.

I intended this trip to be my two day getaway from the city, where I could relax and swim, and i got to do at least one of those things. The area itself is quiet so if that’s what you seek, you will find it. For most of my time I walked the lake and stayed at the hotel. The only thing to do, was to book a boat to the island in the middle of the lake or eat. I wish they would let people swim, but that’s not allowed at the moment. The staff were helpful and polite and did everything they could to help. The aesthetic of the rooms and the hotel are pleasing. Maybe add some different breakfast options, but other than that, it was very good, clean, and relaxing

The manager was incredibly kind and welcoming from the start, offering us local teas and explaining their origins with genuine passion, which we really appreciated. Breakfast is simple yet very good, with fresh, well-chosen products. Highly recommended: elegant atmosphere, impeccable hospitality, and an attention to guests that truly makes a difference. The hotel is located on the mountain in Xiaowan Village. It has a traditional Chinese garden style and is unique against the ”Santorini style” of other B&Bs. The small courtyard of the B&B is beautifully maintained and the rooms are clean and tidy. It is also convenient to eat in the surrounding Xiaowan Village. Before leaving, I was given a succulent tree as a gift, which made the children very happy.

Very Good
The family hotel is ran by some very nice people. We found them to be very helpful. The check-in process was quick. We are a Chinese and Canadian couple, so we must register with the local police authorities. The owners of this hotel followed the rules and made it easy for everyone. The hotel itself is very clean. Nice big fluffy towels! The location is just off the retail section of Yuxi in an industrial section, so walking to the train station is easy, and getting downtown on foot is easy too.
