Lloret de Mar Hotels with Parking

This is not my first time staying at MIRAMAR. The hotel is super! The staff is very friendly! As always, everything is great! The beach is just a stone's throw away. Everything is nearby. The location is perfect! I will come back to you again! Thank you ☀️

Excellent location only a few steps away from one of the famous Lloret de Mar beaches. Close to shopping street and the main districts of the city.

Compared with other hotels in the same place, this one is great! The only thing that is less pleasant is that when you lying in the balcony there is unpleasant smell of toilet somewhere. Maybe it’s close to the drainage.

First the positives, the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was really good. The outdoor spaces were beautiful. We didn't keep the air conditioning on because the system was old-fashioned, the machine made a really loud noise and the blowing was quite strong. However, the biggest minus was that the gym's age limit was 18. I would recommend setting it to, for example, 14 because young people are keen exercisers. Likewise, the spa was a disappointment because the children couldn't get there. It was also a surprise that the hardest sunbathing spot was forbidden to children. If you don't want families with children in your hotel, it would be good to let them know.

Decepcionante gestión de una reserva y de un supuesto “upgrade” Reservé un “Superior Sea View Apartment 2+2”, eligiendo y pagando expresamente una categoría superior a otras opciones disponibles por las vistas al mar. A nuestra llegada, el 31 de agosto, se nos informó de que el hotel nos ofrecía un supuesto upgrade a un apartamento de dos dormitorios. Sin embargo, al entrar en el apartamento 102 —en el edificio contiguo a recepción— descubrimos que estaba en planta baja, frente al ascensor y junto a las lavadoras públicas, con vistas a un terreno baldío y sin vistas al mar. Entiendo que un apartamento de dos dormitorios pueda ofrecer más espacio y capacidad. Lo que no comparto es que pueda considerarse un upgrade cuando se elimina precisamente una de las características principales de la categoría que el cliente ha reservado y pagado. Antes de nuestra llegada había solicitado una ubicación tranquila, ya que viajábamos con dos niñas. La ubicación frente al ascensor y junto a las lavadoras tampoco era la que esperaba. En cuanto comprobamos la situación, reclamamos inmediatamente en recepción y solicitamos un cambio. Se nos informó de que no había disponibilidad y que tendríamos que esperar hasta el día siguiente. Ante la falta de una solución, tuvimos que contactar con Trip.com. Finalmente, gracias al gran trabajo de su equipo de atención al cliente, al día siguiente conseguimos ser trasladados a otro edificio del complejo, donde se encuentran los mejores apartamentos. Allí recibimos finalmente la categoría que habíamos reservado: Superior Sea View. Quiero destacar y agradecer especialmente el trato recibido por el supervisor de la mañana siguiente, que gestionó nuestro cambio de manera muy amable y profesional, con una actitud totalmente orientada a solucionar la situación. Su atención merece ser reconocida. El problema fue que tuvimos que dedicar una parte importante de nuestras vacaciones a gestionar una situación que debería haberse solucionado directamente desde el establecimiento. Perdimos prácticamente todo nuestro primer día de vacaciones. Viajábamos con dos niñas y, debido al malestar generado, abandonamos el establecimiento. No regresamos hasta la noche, prácticamente solo para dormir. Como profesional del sector hotelero y recepcionista en un hotel de 5 estrellas, entiendo perfectamente que puedan producirse problemas de disponibilidad o errores de asignación. Precisamente por eso, lo que más me decepcionó fue la manera en que se gestionó. Posteriormente trasladé mi reclamación a Dirección. La respuesta fue que el apartamento de dos dormitorios debía considerarse un upgrade porque ofrecía más capacidad, espacio y una habitación adicional, y que por ese motivo no consideraban procedente ninguna compensación. Respeto el criterio interno del establecimiento, pero no comparto esa interpretación. Para mí, un upgrade debería mejorar la experiencia del huésped sin eliminar una característica fundamental de la categoría contratada. Si el cliente reserva y paga una categoría “Sea View”, ofrecerle más dormitorios pero quitarle las vistas al mar no debería considerarse automáticamente una mejora. Como aspecto positivo, debo destacar que la limpieza del alojamiento fue muy buena. En definitiva: reservé y pagué un Superior Sea View Apartment → recibí un apartamento sin vistas al mar → reclamé inmediatamente → no obtuve una solución → tuve que realizar numerosas gestiones para conseguirla → y finalmente, al día siguiente, sí se nos proporcionó la categoría reservada. Los problemas pueden ocurrir. La diferencia está en cómo se gestionan. En este caso, considero que la gestión inicial estuvo muy por debajo de lo que esperaba. Una pena, porque podría haberse resuelto de una manera mucho más sencilla y profesional.

Hotel located near the Lloret football stadium, a little away from the agitation and near the streets offering shopping. Around 500m from the large beach. This hotel is very clean. The staff were very friendly and also speaking French. The room was beautiful with its swimming pool that lights the night. The buffet was right. It was a little bad to note that drinks are paying and not included. The breakfast is continental type with coffee, confectionery, eggs, bacon, cheese, cereals, ect... It is all you want. Access to the indoor pool, Spa and sports facilities is paying. That is also bad. The final price is better to be determined with the options included than to have to walk with his bank card for drinks and facilities. I recommend this hotel for seniors but not for young people, for 30 years, for quarantine or for 50 years. To relax, be calm, this hotel will be ideal for you and especially there are no children and that, when you want to rest, it's great!

Nos alojamos una noche en el Hotel, durante un viaje con amigos, y en general, fue una buena experiencia. La limpieza de las habitaciones fue impecable, algo que valoramos mucho, y el personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y con buena disposición. Como puntos a mejorar, notamos la ausencia de un minibar en la habitación, lo cual habría sido útil, especialmente en verano. Además, el ventilador no refrescaba lo suficiente, por lo que durante la noche la habitación se sentía un poco calurosa. En resumen, es un hotel sencillo pero bien cuidado, ideal para una escapada corta. Volvería a considerar alojarme aquí si solucionan el tema de la ventilación, ya que el trato y la limpieza fueron excelentes.

Rested in early September in this hotel. Very enjoyed!!! Cosy hotel with chic breakfasts. Comfortable bed, clean clothes. Location is just the best. To the beach minutes 10-12. To the bus station minutes 5. To the central street with nightclubs 5-6 minutes. The hotel is located on the street with shops and cafes. Everything is under hand. A little noisy, of course, because of the bad noise isolation ..... but it was quickly forgotten. Thank you for a good rest!

La verdad que lo aconsejo el hotel está muy bien grandes instalaciones me ha faltado un poco más de postre en las comidas pero por lo general la habitación las camas la limpieza todo muy bien le doy un 10 y lo recomiendo 100%

Hello, I booked for one night there and frankly it was the best, there is a swimming pool, a bar, a restaurant, a games room, a dance bar ... and so on. The most negative point is the cleanliness of the rooms, it's a scandal, fortunately it was only for one night, the reception was really great because they changed our rooms so everything was sorted out but the cleanliness will have to be done! The room itself was large and spacious, there is a balcony, not really great. Then it is a fairly noisy hotel, ideal for families or friends, I do not recommend it for couples. In terms of location, you can't do better, there is everything nearby, it is right in the city center. You have everything nearby!
