GGuest UserLovely fully equipped apartment. Was surprised to see such a gem just 5 mins away from the city centre. Endless supply of coffee, hot chocolate and water from the reception, and fresh Croissant provided for breakfast. This can be for long or short stays as it has all required kitchen equipment. The air conditioner works really well, iron, ironing board, a safe for keeping items, and multiple wall socket points. Parking is £10 overnight and wifi with good strength. A study/work table is also available . Truly loved it and can't wait to stay here again

GGuest UserLovely hotel and great location however the room was disappointing for the price, one of the armchairs was badly damaged and the other brown stains on the material. Sections of wallpaper were peeling off which gave it a very tired appearance. The iron board was also broke and we had to prop it up on a chair. The room we booked looked nothing like the images on the advertisement and I had to check with reception we had the correct room. For £330 a night I don’t feel we had a premium room, the staff however were lovely and very welcoming.

GGuest UserLovely hotel with nice big clean rooms. A few issues though - you really need a car to get here as it's a bit far out from the city centre. In my room there was a room service menu and a number to dial for room service, but no phone. The food and drink was ok. During my stay there was only 1 person on the bar and service was a little slow. I ordered a soft drink and it was a bit flat, definitely not worth the £4 they charged for it. Because of staff shortages the dining room was filled with tables that needed to be cleaned. Breakfast was also a bit of a disaster. They charge £15 for it but definitely not worth it. There's a self serve hot buffet which was fine, nothing exceptional. There was no coffee available, just tea bags and hot water. Also there were no plates available at the continental station - really missing attention to detail when there were quite a few staff members present.

SSharon PatriciaWe had a lovely time it was one of our celebration for our 50th wedding anniversary and the staff were great. I had knee surgery 12 weeks ago. They made sure we had a downstairs room and even found another chair to go in our room as I needed one with arms on to get up. We had dinner at the restaurant Friday evening and the food and service was quick and excellent.

GGuest UserAs a big fan of Premier Inns I felt this one wasn't up to their usual standard. Beds always very comfortable but the bedding wasnt adequate, slightly ill-fitting. Also the room was cold and the air con set to high did not work. The TV also did not work in our room, aerial connection was cited aa the reason on-screen. On a lesser and more personal note, i like the scrambled eggs option in the morning but only fried eggs were offered at breakfast.

GGuest UserFor a normal size breakfast you had to pay extra, the heating was broken in the spa so it was quite cold. The hotel did look a bit tatty in places. Service was lacking, always had to chase the staff members. Lovely building and good location.
