My stay at this Premier Inn was excellent! The service was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable room. At 4 PM, during peak check-in time, I wasn't allowed priority for luggage retrieval. In the end, even the British people queuing for check-in couldn't stand it. After consulting with a few people behind them, they let me cut in line. Retrieving my luggage took only about 30 seconds.
