AAnonymous UserGassania Hostel was the best accommodation I have been stayed in Banda Aceh during my holiday. The place was so clean and tidy. The staffs named Rahmat and Nisa were very friendly. There was no lift but Rahmat helped to carry my bags to my room on the first floor during check in and check out. The room is comfortable enough and fulfill everything that I need as solo traveller. Eventho, there was no tv but the wifi was fast. The toilet was spotless, the water pressure for shower was good and the air freshener inside the toilet smelled so nice. The bed was comfortable to sleep and the AC worked well. The only downside was the room does not have good soundproofing. You can hear other guests talked and open/ close the door loudly. The location of this hostel was very quiet and a bit dark during night time. Overall, a very good place to stay and I am so satisfied. Will stay here again whenever I am back in Banda Aceh. Recommended!

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is incredibly clean and fully equipped. The service here is excellent, and the atmosphere is very peaceful. All the food was delicious. The hotel is right next to a mall, with plenty of restaurants nearby, so you can easily go shopping too. Most importantly, everything about this hotel is just great! I'd love to come back again if I get the chance!

GGuest UserHad such a lovely stay at Hotel Hilani! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel super welcome — big smiles, quick check-in, and they were always ready to help. One of the staff even greeted me by my name, which honestly gave such a nice vibe ✨
The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed to just relax. I really loved how calm and peaceful the atmosphere was — perfect after a long day.
Service stayed great the whole time, and you can tell the team really cares about guests. Overall it was such a smooth, stress-free stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy place with genuinely friendly hospitality 🤍

GGuest UserThe service of this hotel is super good. The front desk agreed to change rooms and stay 1-2 hours after the check-out time. They also gave me the address of the hair salon in detail. I am very satisfied.

ZZMY MELAKAIt’s chic and modern boutique type hotel.Very helpful front desk staff and securities.The receptionist help me find an airport transfer during wee hour.The security help me with the luggage.And a rooftop cafe.Big shout out to them.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was centrally located in the city. However, the hotel really need major renovations as it looked so worn out and like abandoned place. The walkway to my room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned and maintained properly especially the carpets (refer attached photo below). Inside the room, the toilet was not really clean. There were many black stains on the toilet bowl and the room’s floor had many dusts. The breakfast provided was not a buffet but just a very simple a la carte mea. The receptionist wasn’t there all the time and you need to wait for some time (more than 5 minutes) after press the bell before they entertain you. Overall, this is gonna be the first and last I am staying at this hotel. Not recommended.

GGuest UserI had a great stay at this hotel .The staff were very helpful and friendly. They even assisted me with booking a motorbike.
The hotel was clean.
After I check out,the staff kindly allowed me to store my luggage at the reception.This gave me the oppurtunity to explore Banda Aceh before my scheduled ferry to Sabang at 4pm.
Overall, the hotel was great .

GGuest User次入住徹底刷新了我對酒店服務的認知！從踏入大堂的瞬間，前台小姐姐就帶着春風般的笑容迎上來，辦理入住時主動詢問是否需要安靜房，還貼心地遞上熱毛巾和歡迎水果。房間佈置得像家一樣温馨，床品軟乎乎的，連枕頭都有不同高度可以選擇。
最讓我感動的是第二天早上，我不小心睡過了早餐時間，正懊惱時，服務員敲門送來一份打包好的早餐，説“看您昨天睡得晚，特意給您留的”。退房時，行李員幫忙把行李送到停車場，還提醒我注意返程安全。
細節之處見真心，這樣的服務真的讓人捨不得離開，下次來一定還選這裏！
