GGuest UserHad such a lovely stay at Hotel Hilani! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel super welcome — big smiles, quick check-in, and they were always ready to help. One of the staff even greeted me by my name, which honestly gave such a nice vibe ✨
The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed to just relax. I really loved how calm and peaceful the atmosphere was — perfect after a long day.
Service stayed great the whole time, and you can tell the team really cares about guests. Overall it was such a smooth, stress-free stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy place with genuinely friendly hospitality 🤍

The rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant environment to relax in. While it didn't necessarily stand out as exceptional, the hotel provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay in Banda Aceh. Overall, I had a positive experience at the Hip Hope Hotel.

最讓我感動的是第二天早上，我不小心睡過了早餐時間，正懊惱時，服務員敲門送來一份打包好的早餐，説“看您昨天睡得晚，特意給您留的”。退房時，行李員幫忙把行李送到停車場，還提醒我注意返程安全。
細節之處見真心，這樣的服務真的讓人捨不得離開，下次來一定還選這裏！
