2-Star Hotels in Banda Aceh

Upon checking in I  was politely informed that my booking was not registered though I have shown them my booking which was fully paid to Trip.com , in the app and from my emails. Too tired to argue, I just paid for my stay at the counter and got to our room for the night . I then start calling trip the very nx morning complaining about my predicament. I am satisfied with their swift action and had things sorted out . Got my money back , the very next day of  our stay. Happy with trip.com and the hotel .❤️ We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel , their service was commendable.

The service is good, friendly, fast response, the hotel standard facilities are good, the breakfast is delicious egg fried rice. There was a problem with water but after reporting it, it was repaired soon, over all worth it with a quite cheap price

Suasananya Aman, Tempatnya Lumayan bersih, Harganya Murah

Nice hotel, and staff very helpful. Price is suitable

The wifi is not smooth when in the room, while using a phone phone data package, you can't get it in the room. Had to punch in the lobby because there was a work that had to be solved that night too

Oke, setifaknya nyaman dan aman

nice and friendly staff

It's good for the price. But there's no soap and toothbrush, it should be, but it's not, because it's really good.
