⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Truly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in Bandung! I'm honestly incredibly satisfied with my stay experience at Crowne Plaza Bandung! From the moment I stepped in, the hotel atmosphere felt luxurious, modern, clean, and very exclusive. All the staff were super friendly, professional, and very helpful. I felt like a VIP throughout my time here! 🥰 The room was spacious, beautiful, very comfortable, and clean. The bed was pure heaven—so soft that I didn't want to leave the room! 😂 All the in-room amenities were complete and made the stay experience very comfortable. The hotel's location is also very strategic, making it easy to get to interesting places in Bandung. What I liked most is that after a full day of walking and shopping, returning to the hotel felt like coming back to a place to fully recharge. Breakfast was also amazing! The food selection was extensive and delicious. The restaurant atmosphere was comfortable, service was fast, and the staff always made sure guests were at ease. But what impressed me the most was the hospitality of the entire Crowne Plaza Bandung team. Everyone was so friendly, always smiling, and genuinely provided service that made us feel valued. It wasn't just a hotel stay; it was an experience that made us want to come back again and again! Thank you, Crowne Plaza Bandung, for making our trip to Bandung more special and memorable. 🥹❤️ Definitely one of the BEST hotels in Bandung! Highly, highly recommended! The location is excellent, but unfortunately, the facilities are a bit lacking. There's no hairdryer in the Deluxe room, and there are very few power outlets, which makes it quite difficult to get things done. The hotel lobby also had a slight unpleasant smell, which could perhaps be improved with a diffuser.

The hotel itself is modern, clean, and visually appealing. The staff were friendly and showed good hospitality throughout my stay. However, the room experience was disappointing due to the bathroom issues. The shower area had leaking problems, and the water pressure was extremely weak and inconsistent. After a long day, I look forward to a relaxing shower, but unfortunately, I couldn’t enjoy it at all. The breakfast was another major letdown. While the dining area looked beautiful and comfortable, the food selection was very basic, repetitive, and lacked flavor. Most of the dishes tasted bland and uninspiring, making breakfast something I ended up skipping after the first day. Pros: ✅ Friendly and welcoming staff ✅ Clean and modern room design ✅ Nice ambience and comfortable environment Cons: ❌ Bathroom leakage issues ❌ Poor water pressure ❌ Tasteless and boring breakfast selection Overall, the hospitality was good, but the maintenance issues and breakfast quality significantly affected my stay. I hope the management will improve these areas because the hotel has great potential. 😮💨 A beautiful hotel is one thing, but a good shower and decent breakfast are what make guests want to come back. Unfortunately, both were missing during my stay.

We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bandung for a short trip and had a good overall experience. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were welcoming and professional. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast had a decent variety and the hotel location made it easy to get around the city. A solid choice for a comfortable stay in Bandung.

Fantastic stay with great service and perfect location!I stayed at this hotel for three nights and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and checked us in very quickly. Our room was spotless, modern, and offered a beautiful view of the city skyline. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. I also loved the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh options. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay here again!

Would love to recommend this place for the small group of family. The unit is awesome. Easy to check in although we arrived past midnight. The pro was just that the internet coverage were horrible (using esim from telkosem) and we can’t access and changed the netflix account. Anyhow we having a great stay at your place. Nice interior and designs of the unit as well. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel itself was in poor condition and appears to be in need of maintenance. The bathroom facilities were not well maintained, and we even encountered cockroaches during our stay. The food quality was also disappointing. On the positive side, the location is very strategic and convenient for shopping enthusiasts, as it is within walking distance of braga street. While the location is a major advantage, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel need significant improvement.

However, the overall guest experience is hindered by the room facilities, as the amenities and in-room essentials are need improve to require modernization to meet the high standards service. While it is a strong choice for food lovers and travelers on the go, improvements in room equipment and comfort would significantly elevate its value.

It is a good location for sightseeing in Bandung city, as the Bandung Conference Memorial Hall and Asia-Africa Street are within a 5-minute walk. The room I stayed in was spacious and nice, but it didn't look like the room in the original photo and it seemed worse than that room. The advertisement photo shows the window on the left, but the window in the room I stayed in was on the right.

Like the attitude and approach when responding to the prayer prayers, especially the prayers are made of fragrance.
