The location is pretty good, making it convenient to get around. The service was absolutely excellent; they were incredibly accommodating. They helped us arrange a private car (a bit more expensive but felt reliable), contacted the driver, and even offered to call a taxi for free (though we later gave him cash). They also kindly explained why the grilled squid we bought was so pricey. The front desk staff's English was excellent, and the room itself was comfortable with no issues. The facilities, in general, are quite basic for Bandung, perhaps because it was a weekend? At over a thousand per night, I personally felt the price was a bit inflated, but to each their own. What truly stood out was their 24-hour policy. We checked in around 3 PM, so we could check out at the same time the next day, which was incredibly convenient after visiting Tangkuban Perahu and Domas Volcano! Since we were leaving for Tangkuban Perahu at 6:30 AM the next day, the front desk proactively packed us a breakfast (a simple sandwich, cold boiled water, and fried sausage). There's a swimming pool on the top floor where you can enjoy the breeze and have a drink. The hotel's fruit was very affordable; we called the front desk when we were thirsty and wanted fruit in the middle of the night, and they prepared it for us. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great. Also, you'll need to endure traffic similar to Jakarta. If you're going shopping, it's a pleasant 20-minute walk.
