Great
GGuest UserWe had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Nice room with good view of the lake and mountains, the onsen was very enjoyable. The buffet was great!
One downside is that the room was so warm and they didn’t have ac on. Understandable for winter season and sustainability point of view but at least they should have a decent air flow in the room. For this price tag, it’s the least they could do to make guests feels comfortable.
RRlim1There are no elevators for the 2nd floor rooms. Please request 1st floor rooms if you're unable to carry the luggage up. The service was great and friendly. The price was more affordable given the distance to the town center. We had a rental car and it was a perfect stay as lake hill farm is a few minutes drive and the town center is 15 mins drive away. The view from the room was great and you can watch the nightly fireworks from there, albeit small.
GGuest UserIn many aspects, this hotel might pass for a domestic Chinese four-star. But at your Japanese four-star price point, does it really deliver? This 'master-designed' hotel simply features heavy drapes in the lobby, while the guest room area consists of narrow corridors, bare white walls adorned with a few wooden panels, and a massive light bulb dangling from the ceiling. What kind of aesthetic is this even supposed to be?
The guest room was even more amusing: a triple room. We paid an extra 8,000 JPY for our child, yet there was no additional bed, quilt, or pillow provided. I had to ask for them specifically after checking in. The open-plan vanity mirror directly faced the bed. To the left, a glass partition enclosed the shower, and to the right, a wooden partition housed the toilet. There was a fridge and two bottles of water, but no laundry facilities.
The main event, the so-called 'private onsen,' turned out to be just a small wooden tub awkwardly set up on the balcony. You had to step out of the room onto the balcony to access it, and beyond the tub was a wire mesh fence. Your balcony overlooks a busy street with constant foot traffic. Is this 'private onsen' design some kind of performance art? No one seemed to use it, and it certainly wasn't cleaned; by the next morning, it was noticeably filthy.
Oh, and let's not forget the laughably meager breakfast. I'm too exhausted to go into further detail, but I'm truly curious how much Ctrip was paid to bury negative reviews for this place.
AAnonymous UserI really like this hostel. The environment is comfortable and clean, and I hope everyone will take good care of it. I felt very comfortable here. The common areas are spacious and bright, the facilities are well-equipped, the beds are clean and comfortable, and even the bathrooms are kept immaculate. The overall atmosphere is warm and cozy, perfect for relaxing alone or socializing with other travelers. You can also feel the meticulous attention to detail. For a solo traveler like me, it's both safe and convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable and affordable accommodations.
张张申贤Four beds, two doubles. The bedding is softer and harder. Very close to the lake, I feel happy to get up in the morning and run a walk. Far from the city, it takes half an hour to drive, all kinds of appliances in the house are complete, beautifully ate a hot pot, washed clothes and dried.
GGuest UserIt's got a kitchen and a fridge. Wasn't necessary for us since we wanted to eat out. It was spacious and clean. The bathroom gets cold as it's heat by a space heater in the main room. Water heater is good, tankless and reliable. Washing machine is good, but the dryer function is pretty typically for dryers here, gets clothes to be slightly damp. The location is a bit of a jog from the bus station if you're lugging around luggage, But if you take a right immediately upon exiting the parking lot, then the first left, you can take a flatter route than we took when we first got there. There was construction going on during our stay and started at 8am which was annoying, but only bad after I complained via email. All communication is done through email which is slow, but they were responsive.
