GGuest UserI visit Sokcho frequently and often stay at similar-level accommodations, but this was by far the most satisfying place I've stayed recently.
First, the location is great; it's close to the bus terminal, so walking is no problem, and there are various convenient facilities nearby. The parking lot is a bit small, but it wasn't an issue since I stayed on a weekday.
Even though it's an unmanned system, the detailed instructions via text message made everything smooth and hassle-free.
The room condition was just like the photos, and the cleanliness was good. There wasn't bottled water, but having a water dispenser was even better.
Personally, the amenities were a bit disappointing.
Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I would definitely come back. Thank you! 😄

GGuest UserI have stayed here before to hike Seoraksan. This time, I had a nicer room; however, because it is near the mountains and older, there was a huge house centipede on the ceiling when I got there. Luckily, the bug spray they had worked on it. Other than that, there were some small stains on the bedding, but everything else was clean. The bed was comfortable, and the location is about 55 minutes walking distance from Seoraksan National Park. It's only about an 8 minute taxi drive there if not too much traffic. There is a beautiful river/stream nearby. This place is also only about a 16 minute drive from the Sokcho Express Bus Terminal. Obviously, I like this place enough to stay again. Breakfast was toast, cereal, and you could make eggs/a toast sandwich I believe.

GGuest UserOur stay at this hotel has been pleasant overall, but we did encounter two problems,
1. When we entered our room we found out that the AC was not working properly, we gave it some time and it still didn’t work so we contacted the receptionist, which sent us a technician to solve our problem but his only solution was to wait, and even when we told him that we have been in the room for two hours already, he insisted we need to wait (he did not understand English so the conversation was really hard to get through), so after waiting another hour we contacted the receptionist again and this time transferred us to another room which had good AC so this problem was solved.
2. The breakfast was really really bad, and the only real source of protein it had was pork in 4 different ways, and scrambled egg which we really didn’t like at all, and also the only choice of coffee in the breakfast is milk with “coffee syrup”(???) which is super inappropriate.
Overall I would recommend to stay in this hotel and just not take the breakfast.

Front desk is on GF at Building B. Quite hard to find as there is no Eng signage
We booked triple room, but found that room was quite small for three people. Not much space for 2-3 large luggages.
Overall stay was very nice. Room was clean and well-equipped. Wifi, Netflix and Youtube were also strong connection

GGuest UserWe stayed 2 nights, and the owners were really kind and friendly and invited us to sing and play Korean songs along with them and other families in the stage they have in the basement. It was one of the most memorable experiences of my whole trip in South Korea.
The room and water were warm and well suited for the winter. They upgraded our room for free and there was so much space with sink, fridge, sofa and table included. The breakfast every morning is delicious and filling, preparing you well for a day of walking in the mountains. 설악산 was beautiful coated in the white snow. The location of the hotel is great too, as there is a frequent bus that takes you to the park in no time, as well as to the city when you first come or when you leave the last day.
I hope I can come back again to visit the park during different seasons, and I will definitely would like to stay in this hotel again.

슈슈슈유니Considering the price was about triple the usual, there wasn't much to praise besides the location. However, if you prioritize value for money in terms of location, this place is perfect! It's fantastic for strolls along Sokcho Beach. Definitely not recommended during peak holiday season.

- Feels like there is no hygiene management at all (dust accumulated on the bed head, no kitchen utensil management - mold in pots, central heating toiletries, water stains, etc.)
- Parking tower specifications are small and parking outside was required due to breakdown during stay
- There is only one elevator compared to the number of households, so there is a waiting time

GGuest UserWould 100% recommend. The hotel is located close to the bus terminal (2-minute walk) so it is easy to reach from Seoul. Sokcho beach is within walking distance of the hotel, and there are also plenty of good restaurants nearby.
The room definitely lived up to our expectations. Check-in and check-out are done through a machine, but it’s very easy to use. The rooms are equipped with everything we needed and the view of the mountains are definitely a plus.
We loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Sokcho.

GGuest UserThe hotel was so beautiful and clean!! It was a total healing experience.
The elevator was always packed, and it took forever to get on.
The cafe staff seemed unmotivated, answering questions in a slurred manner, sitting cross-legged on their phones, making drinks, and talking amongst themselves. It was a sight I didn't like.
